I've been working at fossil for a couple of months and I think it's finally time for a new watch. Which ones out of these do you guys like?
what's your budget?
That first one is awesome. Do you have a link or a product # for it?
I'm in love.
My girlfriend bought me this for Christmas. I've never wore a watch, I don't know what the additional three little faces inside it are for, but it looks pretty smart I think.

Not sure if I like this or not. Thoughts GAF?
Alright GAF I held off on the blacked out ECO-Drive. I'm looking to spend under $130 and found the Seiko SNK809K which I really liked.
Then after a little more searching I found an old thread on watchuseek of a guy who would mod the SNK809K's to look like this:
I really like what he did here, but the post was from '09 and not sure if he is still doing the mods. Anyone know where I could find something like this in my price range? Might be a long shot but figure ask you guys first before just settling on the Seiko. Thanks guys.
So I exchanged the Movado posted above...

Movado and PO shouldn't even be in the same sentence. The PO is an absolutely stunning watch. Their popularity has grown a lot, you can't find one on the second hand market for less than $2,000.
New watch.
You bit and got one! How is it? Live up to the hype?
Yeah I bought both . I couldn't resist.
How much did you spend on the PO? Thinking of getting a PO or Speedmaster, but don't want to spend too much (>4000)

Brand new Planet Ocean 8500 movement (the large size 42) in the Omega store $6000.
Amazing service, they take you in the back and you sit with the agent as they take measurements and make sure the watch is fitting comfortably.
A PO is 6000 bucks now? Holy shit.
Also I don't think the large size PO is 42mm. I think that's the regular one.

Anyone have general recs for smaller-face minimal watches? I peeped some Seamasters not too long ago and eh, too chunky for what I want out of a watch. More specifically, a leather band and a simple, modern face. Price range ... uh... A few hundred or a grand-ish? I'm not a watch junky.

It's all about wrist size, the "normal" sized watch is about 38-40mm. 40mm is the more comfortable side of big. You have to take into account the bezel as well, a bigger bezel means smaller dialer. That being said though, bigger watches sell for more.
EDIT: Especially for fashion watches, the bigger the better. You're getting a Seamaster, I'm assuming its the SMP, that's borderline fashion/time piece.
I should have been more specific with terms (I don't really know a lot of them tbh)... I don't really want a watch with a large beefy bezel like the omegas seamaster... I like what I've seen of vintage omega speedmasters etc, if that gives you an idea of what I'm aiming for. It's all about wrist size, the "normal" sized watch is about 38-40mm. 40mm is the more comfortable side of big.
