It's been on Netflix before, good to see it back.

I feel like its one of those movies that has been cycled in and out like 9 times over the past 3 years lol. Dont understand these contacts, just signed a like 10 year deal if you're going to just bring it back shortly

The Double (Thriller, Dark Comedy)

Lots of mixed reviews on this, but the trailer peaked my interest. Anyone watched this film?

Loved it. Very well made, dryly funny, and also really open to interpretation. The best Jesse Eisenberg's been in a while, too.

How is A Young Doctor's Notebook and Other Stories? Been looking for a quick show to watch through.
I liked it a lot. It's quite morbid and dark. You can get through the whole thing in, like, 90 minutes.

On Netflix canada is the fresh prince season 3 ep 15/16 out of sync for anyone else about 4 min into each ep ( after the theme song )?

Boo, doesn't look like they are going to be adding any good horror films. Assuming that isn't a partial list.

Yeah, I was hoping to add more movies for the 31 Days of Horror.

Those lists are never fully complete. So there is still some hope.

Just checked, yes.

Good to hear. I will try and watch it before the weekend is over. Like I mentioned, the trailer caught my eye. It seems really interesting. Although, I'm surprised at the funny/comedy stuff since I didn't get that vibe from the trailer. Made it seem more psychological in nature.

Oh yea, it's still more psychological than it is comedic, if i had to measure it or w/e, and it's very Kafkaesque. Lot of the Netflix user reviews seem to have expected it to be a full blown laughfest, and it's not that. But i don't typically read Netflix reviews anyway

Pain and Gain (2013) was an enjoyable movie. At first I was taken back by some of the potty humor and sleaziness, but it really grew on me. Dwayne Johnson's character was so deadpan in his delivery and was one of the highlights. Overall I had fun with this one when I wasn't expecting to.

A Single Man (2009) was incredible. The cinematography was gorgeous and the recreation of the time period seemed well done. Was not expecting this one to be such a visual feast. I was fascinated with how the film captured the feelings of depression and loss visually. Colin Firth was amazing. Didn't hesitate for a moment to give this one 5 well-deserved stars.

A number of these seem to come and go often, so hopefully they'll be back.

Took me long enough to decide what I should watch with local Netflix.

Everyone feels your pain.

Damn, The Hunger Games is expiring. I feel like I need to watch this at some point soon.

Decent movie, but I don't think you are missing much unless you are a huge fan of the books.

Posting this for the new page:

Big time. What have you been watching lately?

Not much, I got a free month of gamefly have have been trying to get value out of that.

I watched that Voice over doc which while cool to see so many voices was really boring. It was just people talking and not saying anything interesting.

Finished Utopia a while back and got disappointed with the ending and the direction it went in. Doubt I'll watch season 2. Would have been great as a 2.5 hour movie IMO.

I've also been watching Family Guy in Spanish.

Looking for another series to dig into but I've been working nights a lot so its been more difficult since I have no desire to fire up shows at 10-11am. Just not in the mood.
