I think I will give The Shield a shot. Never watched it before.
When Mr. Toole shot himself, my jaw dropped. He was my favorite secondary character. Especially since you saw how he was trying so hard to make it work with Eva. Bell being strangled always stung. Wanted to see her take down the Durants.
Whats the status quo regarding Jericho?
Whats the status quo regarding Jericho?
In terms of coming back? Buried alongside the firefly dreams.
In terms of watching it or not? Watch it. This type of show was made for Netflix. There is a bit of filled episodes that go nowhere so you could get through them in a hurry. S2 is rushed and isn't as good. But they do finished up the series(but leave it open for another one).
King of the Hill is expiring on the 1st? NOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Please get renewed, KOTH. You're my go-to Netflix show when I just want something enjoyable on as background noise. ;_;
Okay, so getting this weird thing JUST with BBC shows.... there's an odd, very noticeable ringing sound that drives me slowly insane. Tried it with Mock the Week, Mitchell & Webb and Blackadder, and it's unbearable. Just loaded up a Louis CK show and it's fine. Anyone else have this?
Rango&ILM: Perfect Asymmetry is going to expire 9-28
30 minute documentary about ILM making of Rango
Thanks for the heads up. Never knew there was a (mini) doc on Rango. One of my favorite CG films.
Nothing to fear here. More silly than scary, this documentary pays homage to the flamboyant local hosts who introduced horror and science-fiction movies to the masses and helped them gain cult status on the airwaves. Between vintage television clips and reflective interviews with horror hosts and aficionados, you'll hear from the likes of Svengoolie (Ernie Anderson), Joan E. Cleaver (Jeanne Dietrick), Sir Cecil Creepe (Russ McCown) and many more
Amid the release of the fourth Indiana Jones movie, filmmaker Brandon Kleyla chronicles the fanaticism of the whip-carrying admirers and interviews various filmmakers, archaeologists and writers about the Indy franchise. Viewers learn why archaeologist Indiana Jones and his many adventures have spawned die-hard, convention-going fans for more than two decades.
Yeah I been watching a lot of docs the last couple days and it was on the related to The Sci -Fi Boys
American Scary expires 9-30
Indyfans expires 9-30

wow Target has a streaming service now too

I noticed last night on my Roku that Louie now shows 40 episodes as being available, even though there are still only 27 (S1-2) actually up for streaming. I wonder if S3 (13 episodes) might get added soon, or if that's just a totally unrelated glitch.
No, not until May; that's why the timing seems kind of odd to me.Is S4 about to come back to the airwaves?
Heads up for y'all I guess, some stuff on my list that I just noticed is expiring 10/1:
Big Fish
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas
Saved!
Wet Hot American Summer (this had been available for yeeeaaars — bummer)

wtf why is Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas expiring that just got here on like September 1st. wtf is a 1 month contract.
Suggestion on the Google docs thing. If we're going to leave past expiration up. Is it possible to put them under 1 column so we dont have to scroll right to see the latest day ? or something
Apologies for not contributing to the document lately, accessing Google Drive is a pain since I have multiple accounts.
Upside Down is a pretty good sci-fi/fantasy movie with an interesting premise about people who live on two sort of mixed up worlds that intertwine. It has sort of a Dark City vibe to it (at least that's what I got from it). It has really good fx and a good cast. Worth a look.
Added today:
Ain't in It for My Health: A Film About Levon Helm (Documentary, Music)
Family Affair (Documentary, Biographical/Chico Colvard)

Last Man Standing (TV, Comedy, Sitcom)
Louder than a Bomb (Documentary, Social/Poetry/Youth in Chicago)
Love Free or Die (Documentary, Gay & Lesbian, Social/Church)
My Bride Is a Mermaid (Anime)
Talaash (Drama, Thriller, Bollywood)
The Lost Medallion (Family, Adventure)
The Mortified Sessions (TV, Reality)

Bombarded with new stuff today
So my timely, coincidental, happenstance observation actually meant something. Nice!Louie season three is up!
Fuck yeah. Didn't expect it before Damages though.Louie season three is up!
All those Documentaries. So good.
I think I got through three seasons of House and just kinda stopped watching.
Did it have a good ending at least or did it overstay it's welcome like Scrubs?
.
Damn.......
wait.....the rest?
Finally signed up for a full unblock us account just for ease of use on ipad instead of having to use plug ins on web browser. Is there a list of TV shows and movies that are not on UK/USA that I should be watching. Plan to start the Shield tonight.

I think after season three is when it hit its stride. Really great episodes. Season 4 and 5 are god tier. Seriously, watch those two seasons if nothing else. Season 6 or 7 is where it does kinda over stays its welcome, but season 8 picks it up back.
