Just a strange thing I drew. Here's a brief description I wrote to accompany it:
Claire awoke in a dark, padded room, her entire body aching. The straitjacket confining her arms made things worse, preventing her from trying to stretch. The last thing she could remember was fleeing Raccoon City with a little girl and young man on a train, but the haze in her mind did not allow her to recall their names. What she could remember was a terrifying infestation of the city, hideous rotting beings with the bodies of humans, but only the mind of a ravenous predator seeking human flesh.
She immediately started screaming, pleading with whoever had imprisoned her to release her, trying to warn them of the danger in the city she had fled. The door cracked open, flooding the room with light, briefly blinding Claire. When the spots in her vision faded, she could see an orderly in a lab coat standing over her. He tried to explain to her that she had just been riding the subway, when she broke down in a fit of hysteria, screaming of zombies and monsters. She had attempted to steal a policeman's sidearm, but was subdued before she could hurt anyone. The police took her to this mental health facility, hoping she could be helped.
Claire did not believe the story for a moment, and continued pleading with the orderly, frequently breaking into shouting matches with him. Shaking his head, the orderly sighed and left the room, returning with a gag. The walls in the facility were far from soundproofed, and her yelling was beginning to annoy the other workers. Claire struggled to prevent herself from being silenced, but the orderly grasped her head in a firm grip, forcing the red ball into her mouth, and securing the straps behind her head. Leaving the cell, he advised her to try to remember what was real and what was not. The door swung shut with a thud, shrouding Claire once again in darkness.
Some days later, as Claire sat alone in her cell, she began to wonder if everything she remembered was simply a dream. In hindsight, it all seemed too bizarre to have been real. Was she really going crazy? Just as she considered this, she heard a commotion outside her cell. Terrified screams soon filled the air, and Claire could also feel it as some large objects were smashed around outside. A few gunshots rang out, but quickly stopped, followed by more screams, then silence.
The door slowly creaked open, and Claire narrowed her eyes to adjust to the light. She could see a silhouette in the doorway, and she thought she recognized it as the orderly from days before. He had a very strange posture about him though. Claire's eyes widened in fear as she realized that the man looked exactly like the creatures she remembered from her ordeal in the city. She desperately tried to move as far back in the cell as she could, but with her balance inhibited by the straitjacket, she could not stand quickly enough, and had to push herself along the padded floor with her feet.
With a groan, the former orderly began shuffling into the cell, drawing ever closer to Claire...
