I don't think it necessarily looks better, but it's always looked quite a bit better in motion.

Looks a ton better. Anyone know which Namco team's behind it? I'm getting a Tekken/Breakdown team vibe myself.
 
It does actually look pretty good, but the people in this city are still using too much Vaseline. Will keep an eye out.
 
Uhh...didn't even see pics at the bottom of the GW page. If only game looked like this ingame, or maybe this is ingame?

i think it looks quite okay for an early next-gen title. i kinda liked the game after seeing some vids, so i am looking forward to this.
 
I'm not going to pretend that my interest in this game stems from anything other than the docks in the first trailer really reminding me of Shenmue. I wish Sega would do a new Shenmue so I don't get suckered into buying anymore games because they give me a Shenmue vibe (cf. Rise to Honour, which wasn't actually that bad, I thought the execution of the fighting on the right stick was actually done quite well, but the never really managed to rise out of averageness).

I dont know about the rest of you but im impressed. I think I will keep an eye out for this game as well.
 
I can't forget how bad this looked in the E3 vid. Atrocious animation and character interaction. The weapon aiming was completely ridiculous.

Looks better now graphically, but I'll wait for a new vid.
 
The main duder wouldn't look so damn stupid if he had better shades on him. I mean WTF, did he get those sunglasses from a craker-jack box?

and who in the hell approved the main characters sunglasses?
 
I think this game is more about the scale of the environment rather then the look of the models / enviros.

Looks intresting tho.

I just watched the trailer and I still don't see any indication of a vastly superior combat system, I just see Crisco Boy doing lame matrix shit that looks like a cutscene anyway. And the way he aims the rifle is the same as in GTA:SA, so I don't get the :lol ITZ SO OBVIOUS GEEZ.
