The 'lovey dovey' stuff feels too forced, like generic romcom stuff. It makes me cringe, and really pulls me out of the show. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying romance is for women only, but the way the show flip flops has me confused about its target market.
30 Rock, Parks and Rec I would say is target to men and women. New Girl? I'm not sure.
Yeah i agree. This ep at least every relationship thing felt waaaay too forced.
Nick and Jess should just happen. Everyone knows whoever the hell their with now will be gone eventually. Olivia Munn is terrible. That Sam guy is cool but i agree with the sentiment that the supporting cast is better than jess 95% of the time.
Also with Brenda Song they'll hopefully flesh Winston out a little more. That actor seems talented with good comedy chops but i feel like he's never given very good material. He's always kind of the dumb, goofy joke character.
