Yeah i agree. This ep at least every relationship thing felt waaaay too forced.

Nick and Jess should just happen. Everyone knows whoever the hell their with now will be gone eventually. Olivia Munn is terrible. That Sam guy is cool but i agree with the sentiment that the supporting cast is better than jess 95% of the time.

Also with Brenda Song they'll hopefully flesh Winston out a little more. That actor seems talented with good comedy chops but i feel like he's never given very good material. He's always kind of the dumb, goofy joke character.

New Girl seems to be mostly for men but they toss in an episode here and there for women. Jess and Sam are so obviously doomed since it's very very clear they're planning for Jess and Nick to get together long term. The whole "will they, won't they" and all the Nick/Jess relationships pander more towards women while Schmidt/CeCe is kinda for both men/women and everything non-relationship related seems heavily slanted towards men.

I think Lamorne Morris is the worst actor in the ensemble. He's fine, nothing more, nothing less. But his character is awful still terrible, 2 seasons later. I'm not sure if there's anything they can do to redeem Winston. Placing his character to a mirror of another character doesn't solve the fact that he as a character is bland, unfunny, and has zero chemistry with the rest of the cast. It was a terrible idea not to recast the part of Coach and the show still suffers for it.

I think they're at least making him funnier. The last few eps have had several highlight Winston moments. I do agree the chemistry is an issue and I'm not sure what can be done, short of recasting (and after this much time, I don't see that happening).

Hah this episode got wild. Nick was best but Jess, Winston, and Schmidt all had their moments. Schmidt being so awfully yet innocently racist was funny.

What a weird episode. Very funny in places though. I'm hoping we get closure on Angie because that was a strange way to end things, without context.

Great episode this week. I loved Jess convincing the horse buyers that their horse was basically gonna be glue soon.

"The cut on his mane is not the right size for this horse's head!"

I didn't care for it. I'm not a fan of sitcom episodes where they broaden the characters for a joke. Aside from the last Jess/Nick scene, most of this episode felt like I was watching characters I didn't recognize. And Nick's dad was boring. My least favorite of the season so far.

Awesome episode, Schmidt and Robbie stole it. Cece looked amazing.

2 things I didn't like:

1. The whole horse exchange scene was way too over the top imo.

2. Carried over from last episode, but I wonder if that's really how they're gonna end Angie. Pretty lame if so.

Really enjoyed the Cabin episode except for Angie just taking off and apparently taking some of his things including probably his wallet. They should have just had her leave and be done with it. Also, the Absinth parts were glorious and Schmidt and Winston killed it with the white guilt.

This weeks was good too but not like last weeks.

Pepperwood killed me this episode. Jake Johnson has been hilarious this season, if he doesn't earn a Emmy nomination it'll be a travesty, even if the Emmy's are a joke.

The entire episode was great. Jess and Nick off doing their thing. Winston and Schmidt with the pogo thing, and Cece being so comically out of place trying to figure out her own pogo. The Jess and Nick bit was off the charts funny though.

And Nick's face when he saw what that guy was drawing. lol Good stuff. I would say this is my current favorite sitcom.

The pogo stuff killed me. "Winston said you make fun of my gremlin toenails. That you call them clickety-clacks or centaur boots." Schmidt's eyebrows too.

Oh yeah, so good. The string of events from him walking in, giving that line, and then the physical comedy of him stealing the notebook and trying to hide it was just incredible.

It's official, this show is no longer about Jess. It's all Nick. Everything he did this episode was gold. I also love that Winston is becoming more and more integral in most episodes. Cece's baby voice killed me.

Loved this episode. Zooey was fine as hell and Winston has come a loooong way from season 1. Such a great show.
