In all seriousness he will return, it's just the story is catching up to Snake and Big Boss doing missions together and it would be really strange if both characters had the same voice and neither of them questioned it.
You'll probably hear David Hayter after the credits in MGSV.

It's gonna end with a phone call between Solid and Boss, with Solid voiced by Hayter, and Boss by Sutherland, asking Solid to infiltrate Mother Base.
veeeery unlikely, don't think we'll see such a huge delay like GTAV between console and PC version...but simultaneous release? naaah.
Something tells me that it won't be out on the same day as the PS4 version.
