I used to play 2k5 a lot and well my experience so far (1 game) is like riding a bike down a hill and thinking this isn't so bad only to find out you forgot how to brake and proceed to slam into someones garage door.

I think that list is flawed in a few places. For instance, Bo Jackson a silver? no way. TONY FREAKING DORSETT IS SILVER? No way.

I feel ya. You know, I was watching some game videos today and I thought to myself for like a half second that I should think about getting a 360 and then it dawned on me that I "owned" one. Must be hell. I hope BBB gets back to you and gets you some compensation. That is ****ing ridiculous. When something like that happens, they should automatically send one of the refurbs that is sitting at the repair center as soon as you send it back.

PS: ask for some games and a controller. Didn't work for me, but everyone else seems to get free stuff. :|
