The graphic mode maybe can salvage with VRR. Don't know the exact frame rate but appear to run below 60. Maybe 40 to 60. Still, balance mode look and run alot better than the base consoles.Dragon's Dogma 2 has probably been the best showcase for PS5 Pro so far. At times it almost looks a generation ahead of the base PS5 version.
TLOU2 looks even worst than other 2 games listed here. These recordings are very low bitrate and then also compressed from Youtube.
Also the DD2 footage looks washed out due to his settings or something else on his end.
Hah, you're right. I had only watched DD2.TLOU2 looks even worst than other 2 games listed here.
Hey, this all we got right now. At least frame rate is not affect by this.
DF said 4070, not 4070S. NxGamer speculated 4070S.If the PS5 Pro is on par with a 4070 Super(like DF and others have claimed?), why limited the FPS in games like DD2 to 60? It should be able to to 120fps just fine with some FSR/PSSR upscaling.
Very good to see console gamers getting out of "30 fps hell"!
Should be a very nice upgrade for everyone who plays console only this.

First, the CPU is the same as PS5 and second, it does not mount that magical and powerful “4070 super” that makes Dragon Dogma 2 run at 120fpsIf the PS5 Pro is on par with a 4070 Super(like DF and others have claimed?), why limited the FPS in games like DD2 to 60? I want to see Red Dead Redemption 2 running at 60fps in 4k
120fps in dragons dogma 2? Have you seen how CPU limited Vermund is?If the PS5 Pro is on par with a 4070 Super(like DF and others have claimed?), why limited the FPS in games like DD2 to 60? It should be able to to 120fps just fine with some FSR/PSSR upscaling.

Here before the "usual suspects" appear to tell us that PRO is not worth it at $700![]()
Doesn't work on the Pro.What about Bloodborne?
1100 dollars here…Here before the "usual suspects" appear to tell us that PRO is not worth it at $700![]()
The variable framerate in Dragon's Dogma 2 may very well be worse than a locked 30fps.If the PS5 Pro is on par with a 4070 Super(like DF and others have claimed?), why limited the FPS in games like DD2 to 60? It should be able to to 120fps just fine with some FSR/PSSR upscaling.

with youtube compression and no HDR this looks ass
cant wait to see how it is on my C2
Currency exchanges and all that...1100 dollars here…
Haven't you heard, Sony should also fix internal policies of each country and unify all currencies in one!Currency exchanges and all that...
Apparently it's still rendering, the Spiderman 2 video is in HDR and looks great ->
I see. I'm kinda out of touch on this new pro console, but thought I read somewhere that it's performance was similar to a 4070 Super rig.First, the CPU is the same as PS5 and second, it does not mount that magical and powerful “4070 super” that makes Dragon Dogma 2 run at 120fpsIt`s equivalent to a “4070” at most “4070ti” but real, not magic.
50/60fps is a reasonable target.
WTF seriously?Haven't you heard, Sony should also fix internal policies of each country and unify all currencies in one!
Evil Sony!
I was just curious since DD2 runs at 120+ fps on my 4070 Super rig. (In 1440p with DLSS on quality).
I do however have a 7600 Zen 4 cpu, which is not exactly high end, but miles better than the ps5/pro cpu.
I have a 4060 and I don't believe that you can get between 60 or 70fps more, I just don't believe it.I see. I'm kinda out of touch on this new pro console, but thought I read somewhere that it's performance was similar to a 4070 Super rig.
As someone here now mentioned it seemed to be a regular 4070 not the S variant. Then it makes more sense.
Also, yeah that PS5 cpu is not exactly cutting edge.

You're probably using frame generation to get to 120.

So now it looks like PS4 game?At times it almost looks a generation ahead of the base PS5 version.
