New PS5 pro footages of Spider-man 2, TLOU 2 and Dragon Dogma 2. Brazile of course.

Absolute dogshit performance for Elden Ring apparently:

No Pro patch, but no stable 60fps in any way via boost mode, and especially pretty damn far from that with RT enabled. Looks like PS4 version via PS5 is still going to be the best way to play the game on console.

The "+20fps above PS5" seen in some games is not at all something to take for granted on every engine.
Not so sure anymore about unpatched Capcom games (RE2R, RE4R, DMC5) holding a stable 60fps at Resolution + RT. Only RE4R test posted so far by that same channel is promising, but in said test it never dropped below 50fps on regular PS5 so it's not critical enough.
Not specifically worried about RE4R as the game is going to receive a dedicated Pro patch, main concerns are RE2R and DMC5. RE7 and RE3R are likely going to be perfect.

I've been saying it but without Pro patches, the improvement to DRS and framerate just won't be enough for a near $800 console and far too many games are missing from the list of supported titles. Sony should've done a much better job getting some of these absentee devs ob board. People seem to think patches will keep rolling in but marl my words the chances are great that if they're not here now, they won't be coming in the future. Especially with the insane price if Pro, if this console doesn't have an installed base then the stingy pubs and devs will have even less incentive than they have now...

If this console was $400-500 then ok, I can see the 50-70 games we have now being reasonable, but for an $700 console with no disc drive? Come on Sony you could do much better. They should've at least gotten EVERY first party and all the heavy hitter games (cyberpunk, elden ring, Black Myth, Silent Hill 2, ff16) lined up....they could've paid these companies to do it and gotten these updates if they really wanted to!

Looks like CPU bottleneck or something or Frame rate and resolution mode have the same resolution?

That is problem no real resolution. About CPU bottleneck in Re4 best test, it's when you back to Village and there much wind effects

That from DF and Base consoles

No Pro patch, but no stable 60fps
That 4060ti at 1440 and more powerful CPU, which a bit lower than PS5
