MS doesn't really care about consoles anymore and its the truth. I try not to get into it when I see people get passionate about MS Xbox power because they just don't care and want your subscription only. I think all this waiting has everyone on edge.... the real trolls are gonna come out of hiding once all the consoles release and DF comparisons and stuff start dropping favoring one console or the other.

Not sure which is worse haha

Honestly when it comes to gaming experiences I value PlayStation alot more than Xbox. That's mostly due to the fact that I enjoy PlayStation products alot more. I get more enjoyment out of PlayStation franchises than Xbox franchises. If I had to choose between two platforms games will always be my number one choice.

With that said if the PS5 is a broken piece of shit that overheats and melts down and ends up weaker than the XSS. There's no way I would buy one. I also have my limits when it comes to hardware.

God damn. Thats 8pm uk time. I will be missing this live. Im kicking ball at that time. I will have to stay off internet gaming stuff & watch it late. I did it last time stayed of gaming related stuff & enjoyed the last event.

You do know that each system will have their own set of advantages right? It's going to boil down to arguing which advantages are the most important. Then there will be the battle of exclusives like every generation.

We are in September and September has exactly 30 days.

Half of 30 days is 15 days. 15 days in the first half and 15 days in the second half of the month. First half 1st September to 15th September. Second half 16th September to 30th September.

PS5 event is on the 16th of September meaning it's in the second half of the month. Dusk Golem said it would be in the first half of the month.

Good times. If pre-orders are imminent right after this event, I'll let you guys know. I would think GameStop will find out by Monday on the weekly conference call if they can reserve them.

Chance that ps5 is weaker than S is zero, as you know.
It is weaker than X though, and most probably more noisy, as you already know too.

The tweet wasn't mainly targeted at America. It was targeted at Europe. He's now trying to justify by saying it was posted from an American account... but the timing was meant to appeal to Europe first, America second.

That would be cool. But, if things went that route, we'd probably get cardboard cards that had no value until activated at the register. Cost of production and all that, probably nothing that would look good on a shelf. :messenger_beaming:

But i also owned and Play Nintendo games from NES, Gameboy, DS, 3DS, Wii, Switch. One of my favorite games this generation is Ori and the blind forest and I'm typing this on a windows PC on which I have a rather extensive library of games.

It is one thing to have a bias which everyone does, it is another to let your bias cloud your judgement as is evident with a lot of people. It becomes very obvious when someone's bias is clouding their judgement.

General Statement

I guess what bothers me the most is when people say they own multiple systems but they never admit that their bias. Some people act like just owning all platforms means your neutral but that isn't true at all. I've seen people who own Xboxs absolutely despise the system. And then I've seen people who own PlayStations that constantly trash them. Just irritates me when they say that don't don't have any bias when they clearly do.

I have read too many pages of non sense, and I feel obligated to say that, while I still think with full force that XboxS is a fraud, and Microsoft lacks nearly everything aside brute power in his XboxX.....

I can barely see the difference btw 1080p and 4k 🥳

Well the whole variable clocks thing because I've seen some people mention that. I believe Dealer suggested it on his channel.

I already know the TFs for each system. I know the advantage that the XSX has over the PS5. But I also know the advantage the PS5 has over the XSX. There's no need to constant bring them up over and over again.

Are you suggesting the PS5 is garbage or something?

Agreed. It is very obvious to see. People can't hide their biases as well as they think they can.

It gets overlooked by Americans, because America thinks it's more important than it actually is. Not so much for the rest of us. Sony recognises this too. That's why its strategy is a global one. Another company that gets it is Amazon, which is why it does so well. Global strategy. Companies that still think the US is the only market that matters will struggle more and more.

nah, dont think like that, whoever told you this is wrong.
lets say that sometime down the road a game happens that makes tremendous use of these nextgen CPUs
ps5 will be able to direct the juice to CPU -cutting from the GPU of course- and maintain all CPU usage, while still its GPU will be much more capable than xbox S's GPU.
that game will be unfavorable to ps5 when comparing to the X, but still lots better than what the S would provide
