the guy has spend clearly too much time on this
Watch the video if you have any doubt.

True story right here.
I've watched the video, I don't doubt his findings at all. I was talking about the Xbox Bluray app not sending a 12 bit signal. It's weird to me because Xbox does it in games.the tests Vincent has done is crazy.

Test on your tv....what is sure is that it's not working on IMO too much flagships from multiple brand.I've watched the video, I don't doubt his findings at all. I was talking about the Xbox Bluray app not sending a 12 bit signal. It's weird to me because Xbox does it in games.
VRR will take care of that.Spoiler - PS5 is better.
PS5 has better image quality cuz its 12 bit color output vs XSX being limited to 10 bit color. And XSX has some skipped frames / stutter during 24 Hz playback.
Both are fine for most people. And dedicated BD players can often be better than consoles.
I know it is a joke but U don’t think VRR works with drops below 24fpsVRR will take care of that.
Could they also showcase more of UE5.
Jesus, Michael NXGamer tech videos are even better on IGN.
Some interesting points that i didn't saw on 3 Digital Foundry videos.
1) DXR reflection bug for Control's engine on Xbox Series X and PC.
2) The photo mode explained. GPU pure stress test
3) PS5 oodle textures compression
4) The reason why Xbox Series X|S has stuttering. It's PC engine related.

Real funnyHey look NXGamer it's double reflections.
Just started playing it today on XSX and I'm really enjoying it, would definitely recommend it. Seems to crash pretty frequently though, unfortunately. Is control worth a play through

Not sure about graphics on ps5, its so blurry, i also don't like their art style. And the color patterns makes me dizzy. For Ahti's anthem, "Sankarin Tango", alone it's worth a playthrough.
It's also one of the best games of the gen. Graphics, gameplay, narrative and lore is top tier.

Gameplay is nice.
Not sure if HDR PS5/XSX comparison has been covered here.
Oh dear.

Could PS5 RT solution be similar to RDNA 3. That's my take on it looking at IGN video, those dual reflections aren't even present in the PC version.
Sony has patented a Back-Button Attachment type add-on device for DualSense. A system like this was also built for PlayStation 4, so I think the DualSense one will be entirely similar. This add-on makes gaming easier for disabled gamers and makes buttons easier to reach if you have small hands. The patent also states that you can remap all the buttons on the back I think it was the same case with the DualShock 4 Back Button Attachment Add-On.
Are we sure, the patent I've seen looks like the Dualshock 4 controller.Sony patents Back Button Attachment for DualSense

The Back Button attachment for DualShock 4 costs around 29.99$, so I’m assuming the price point for this one will be around that target. Personally, I thinkgamingroute.com

Yes, a buggy reflection is certainly a RDNA 3 feature.Could PS5 RT solution be similar to RDNA 3. That's my take on it looking at IGN video, those dual reflections aren't even present in the PC version.

And yet people say the PS5 version is the buggy one

It’s not very good if you’re playing with RT on because of input lag.
Control benefits highly from the 60fps mode and you forget about RT pretty soon. Honestly the RT in this game is a tad overrated.
Cyberpunk, Miles, Ratchet all seem to give better use to, maybe because of all the color.
Wish the budget was spent on lighting though, as in my experience with Cyberpunk and watching the U5 demo, GE does more for the moment to moment visual experience and SSR does a good job anyway.
yup. I really enjoyed it. Fun action & cool weird story/settingIs control worth a play through

but dat VRR makes the broken RT feel so smooth (while looking like ass)
Funny cause I see only XSX RT is buggyYes, a buggy reflection is certainly a RDNA 3 feature.
