I'm pretty sure they have but they aren't the best in college because those are all wrapped up in the top conferences. These guys are the low end.

For the MILLIONTH time, the video review could NOT overturn the TD call. They could only call it incomplete if Tate dropped it on his way down or something. THey could not have overruled the TD an called an INT.

So a video review cannot prove that a simultaneous catch wasn't made?

Here's some goddamn trivia for ya. While a blocked extra point or intercepted/fumbled two-point conversion CANNOT be returned for points in the NFL, a special "one point safety" can be scored under impossibly rare scenarios.

Not like the scabs would know *that* rule.

Edit: Wait, no, never mind. Only the offense can score that in the NFL. Okay, there's no way for a defense to score on extra point/2-pt conversion tries. = P
