Happy Thanksgiving to all non-Pat fans!

Even though this has been a shitty year of football I am still thankful for the NFL.

Speaking of football it is a perfect day for flag football outside. Hard to find guys my age who have time and are physically able.

PeyPey is out. It's cold as fuck here. We don't want to play with a noodle arm. Gotta be able to throw it at least 15 yards to play with us. He can coach from inside though if he wants.

Having recently saw that stat again explaining that there is approximately only 11 minutes of action per game, I tried to understand how it feels silly to think of Football in that context. I love Hockey, and MMA, and those can feel like non-stop, don’t blink, can’t miss a moment sports, but Football is different. I basically figured it’s Gladiatorial Chess, or a brutal turn based game where one team picks a play, the other side picks a play in hopes of stopping it. The stop-and-go action gives the audience time to react and predict their own action and plays, and feels a lot more engaging because of it, and certainly gives every single play that much more weight and importance, just like there being only 16 game seasons.

Maybe I’m just overthinking things because I’m bored at work. Man, Football is great. Hurry up Monday night!

Called in to work today so I can watch the game. It's only one table in the casino I deal and still watch the game but I'm not taking that change this year. It worked out last year but it's still the matter of dealing the game to while it's going on.

The Cleveland Browns' quarterback will reassume the starting quarterback spot for the third time this season.

"For the next five weeks, I'm a Cleveland Brown," Weeden said Wednesday, per The Plain Dealer. "After that, whatever happens is out of my control. I'm excited. This is one of the best teams I've ever been on as far as just the group of guys in this locker room, the atmosphere we have going on, the friendships we have and the camaraderie. It's great."

Weeden said he isn't worried about the prospect of fans booing him incessantly during Sunday's home contest against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The second-year pro said he's learned to block out the critics.

"I don't listen to outside noise," Weeden said. "(I've) gotten rid of Twitter and all that junk. I don't need 5-year-old kids telling me how to play the quarterback position, so it's made it really easy. It hasn't been an issue. I've got great support in this locker room."

Fuck the Cowboys, Lions, Packers. I shouldnt be subjected to the same teams each thanksgiving. Should be on rotation and based on perceived talent of projected record. aka never a Browns game on.


Also im good besides getting even poor now. I'll be fine.

Lol, this thanksgiving sucks. Just got home from work, wife and son are with family out of town, only thing to eat is frozen pizza and im supposed to go back to work tonight.

Only thing that would make this day good is a packers win and cowboys loss but I think this day is about to go shit tier at noon lol.
