He just doesn't have what it takes to run all aspects of a team, but let him focus on offense on a particular group and he can coach them up.
Possible, but it seems like SC likes offensive minded coaches rather than defensive. Maybe that's why their D is always horrible.

How many weeks does this drag out before he's released? I can comprehend a couple of teams taking a chance on him as a backup, but not at that salary. Right now he's just a huge distraction and no one is going to trade for him.
