Saying they didn't see it isn't necessarily any better than saying they did see it and didn't act.
Negligence and ignorance (willful or not) rather than active dismissal isn't some crowning achievement for the NFL when it comes to a case of this importance.
This is a stunning and almost unbelievable statement, but the Rams are worse tacklers than the Packers, at least they were yesterday.

Speaking of the Steelers. What the fuck happened to the o-line in the 2nd half? The Browns were pushing us around on both sides of the ball. That is exactly what happened in the Eagles preseason game too. I hope that was just another mental letdown (can't blame Tomlin for that, this goes back to the 90s).
I remember one play where the Browns rushed 3 and got immediate pressure right up the middle against Ben when we had 5 linemen blocking on the play!
Hope the Ravens fucking implode about this Rice thing. This Steelers needs some breaks with some BS wins until the team can learn how to play football.
I think TMZ had way more to gain from investigating this than the NFL did.
The NFL will say they did their due diligence, but I'm pretty confident that they didn't try their hardest to gain evidence incriminating themselves, for this very reason.

I'd say the biggest factor in the Bills sweep of the Phins last year was Bills d-line vs. Phins o-line. You agree?
Hopefully that gap will be narrowed this year but you can't ever look at the Dolphins and chalk up any game as a win. Dolphins can be exploited deep with Delmas and Wilson playing S, the Pats just didn't have the personnel to exploit it. Manuel has the weapons, just needs to connect a few times and you could see some huge plays.
Last season the Dolphins couldn't get a pass rush going against Buffalo for whatever reason. How does their o-line look this year compared to last?
I think their OL is the same as last year, not good imo outside of Glenn and Woods. I think Pettine just wrecked your OL protections last year, sent guys from every angle and had the O confused as fuck. 4 man insta pressure on disguise alone.

I was not surprised about Hoyer passing all over us. We got zero pressure. Even in the first half the pressure was not very good, Hoyer was just panicking and fucking up easy throws.
What surprised me was how our line went from playing well to just getting roughed up and pushed around. That didn't have to do with schemes or coaching, they were just physically dominating us. Why such a huge disparity? We didn't have any injuries. Normally with a lead they should be psyched about running the clock out.
Did the Browns just not try in the first half? Did our o-line stop trying? Did the Browns take super steroids in the lockeroom before the 3rd quarter?
Whatever it was, it is was weird to see such a drop off in something you would think is going to be relatively consistent.

That's what me and a lot of other people elsewhere are remembering. He publicly said during the suspension that he saw the police tape, which was the whole elevator video. So either this is an entirely new tape, or Goodell's a fucking liar. Which isn't news.

Also did anyone review Jones play? He was invisible in that second half (along with the rest of our defense). Didn't seem like he came anywhere near Hoyer. Thats not what we drafted you for you biiiiiiiitch.
lol no, he was generally super mediocre back when the Steelers were relevant and I give him very little credit for much of the success the Steelers had when he was young but since they've torpedoed he has actually grown as a QB. He's always been fun to watch though.
That Steelers - Packers MNF game is still probably my favorite non-post season game ever. He was fucking unbelievable.

nah this team is way too talented to go 4-12 but the Browns have a good defense, and with 3 of 4 on the road its a really tough schedule. You guys are divisional rivals. Not much can be taken from that game like not much can be taken from the Saints Falcons game as a team trend. We have only met the Browns 2 times under Sean Payton and they kicked our ass twice. In recent history, they own us, like the Rams. Could we get lucky and play a great game and defeat them? Yeah. but theyre going to put up a fight and after this embarassment, I doubt the Saints will take them lightly. But I also dont want to take much from this season until the second game is over and a trend is established. If we still get torched, then something is very wrong. Considering our lack of depth at CB, its a problem that needs to be addressed immediately.
