If scientists ever figure out a way to harness stupidity as a source of energy then I am certain that a five minute conversation with you would be enough to supply the world's energy needs for at least the next 50 years.
You seem cranky this morning. Must be side effects from the viagra.

Lance Zierlein's scouting report on Carson Wentz

BOTTOM LINE With a body type that is as prototypical as they come and a background in reading the entire field and working through progressions, Wentz will immediately check a couple of boxes that many college quarterbacks won’t be able to check. While his arm strength is okay, he can still make all the throws and he can make them with accuracy. His ability to escape pressure and pick up first downs with his feet will be yet another check mark in his favor. Wentz is still in a developmental phase after just two years at an FBS program, but the mental and physical building future, franchise quarterback.

Wentz ISNT falling to pick 22. :(

There are a lot of interesting things that I think are landmines with him. NDSU was a juggernaut before him, while he was hurt, and will probably be so after he leaves. The OL is pretty damn good, the run game is pretty good, and the WRs do a good job. The defense is pretty stout too. They're a good team with or without him.

He obviously can play, and is the right size, etc, etc. It just leaves you wondering how much is him, and how much is the team/system? What will translate to the NFL?

I know you won't like to hear this, and it would be a bit of a reach at their position but the Cowboys would seem like the best place for him to land. Let Romo finish off his career, and have Carson sit. Or if Romo goes out, the guy gets the experience, maybe a little too soon but at that point whatever.

Either way, I hope he's successful.

The offense included a far more robust passing game with Wentz than it did with Jensen or Stick. They clearly have a ton of great players on the team, but I think that Wentz added a different dimension. My hope is that he ends up on a team I don't despise and succeeds. Being a Cowboy would be the worst. I was hoping he'd end up on the Texans, but I'd be fine with the Rams.

If his stock keeps rising no way he falls to the Rams at pick 15. The obvious QB needy teams before then #2 Browns, #7 Niners, #13 Eagles maybe grab him or someone pays and moves up. Looking at the top 15 this is the first year in a long while the draft isnt top heavy with obvious QB needy teams. There is alway a wildcard that may appear though: Chargers, Cowboys, Dolphins, Bears and Saints could all say " take him and let him sit a couple years". Dont know if I see the Cowboys, who are easily considered contenders, wasting a high draft pick on a QB though. Strike while the iron is hot and get one of those last few pieces you need help at now.

Firmly feel though someone will trade up.

I joined for Erin Brockovich discussion
This Jim Harbaugh sleepover stuff is the most brilliant recruiting thing I have seen. That guy could make such an awesome NFL head coach one day

https://twitter.com/CMurph_90/status/689823879385120769

Not the 1st time he's stayed at this house.

This isn't the first time Harbaugh has slept over at the Murphy household. Previously, he was a babysitter in a very strange recruiting visit while recruiting Murphy's brother, Trent, to Stanford. From the LA Times:

When Harbaugh made an in-home visit, Murphy's mother thought she was in labor with her daughter. Harbaugh was put on babysitter duty while Murphy's father rushed mom to the hospital.

"Coach Harbaugh sat on my living room floor with me and we drank milk and played chess," Connor Murphy recalled, saying he was 11 or 12 years old at the time.

New helmet tech that might help with concussions:

http://www.foxnews.com/tech/2016/01...orb-impacts-could-put-end-to-concussions.html

(sorry the fox news link, it came from Flipboard)

Dubbed the Zero1, Vicis' concussion solution is a multilayered, flexible helmet that's particularly adept at diminishing rotational and linear impact forces. Specifically, the helmet was constructed to utilize four separate layers which work in perfect harmony with one another. It's top layer -- the Lode Shell -- absorbs impact by locally deforming a specific part of a helmet. Think of it reacting like a bumper in a fender bender. Though the tech has existed in the auto industry for dozens of years, Vicis is the first company to bring deformation to a football helmet.

This thread took a bad turn...

Who else is getting the Fire Emblem special 3DS system? I never had a special system before but my last XL got stolen when my dad borrowed my car and forgot to lock the doors and it is time to replace it with an epic system that is never going to get played.

Just read Peyton gets $2 million if the Broncos win and he plays 70% of the snaps.

It's $2M bonus for a win in the AFCCG and $2M for a Superbowl win.

Yeah, he was better then Brock and Stick. It's just hard to deny that the team around him was also great and didn't miss a beat without him for the most part. He's got some issues, and it's amazing how high they've all risen because of the QB drought. Really in a normal draft he'd have to be at tops a 2nd or 3rd rounder, probably lower.

Even with that said, I'm excited for him. What a cool opportunity, and I'll be rooting for his success even if he lands on a team that I don't like.

He has Margot Robbie, I think he's okay.
When his go to move is: "Lets go back to my hotel room where I will let you beat the shit out of me", it is hard for me to like his chances if he ever even gets close to her.

With a chick like that you better be super good looking otherwise your only chance is if you can use the line: "would you like to see my new private jet?".

I would if it at least came with one of the games, but it's a harder sell when to get the game and system that's close to $250

I really want to because I basically just bum my daughters' to play 3DS games, but I feel like it would be a waste of money because I would basically be buying the system for one game.

. #Eagles denied #49ers permission to interview coaches OL Jeff Stoutland, DB Cory Undlin, ST Dave Fipp. Fipp stays for sure @FOX29philly

Damn I cant believe they wont let Chip have any of his assistants.

Some games are worth it!

I say this as someone who knows literally nothing about the games coming out other than they have Fire Emblem on the cover. But that strategy has never failed me before!

Prob the Jags for London. Pretty sure their owner is down with it

Our owner is on record in saying he isnt moving the London, and he has inversted millions of dollars in stadium improvements here in Jacksonville, and has just put up millions more to build a new indoor practice field and an Amphitheatre outside the stadium, he is not moving the team anywhere.

I know people outside of Jacksonville read all the crap that we are moving but its just isnt true, we have great attendance even tho the team not having a great record, better attendance then Chicago whos city has 3 mil people where as Jax only has about 1 mil

So in y'all opinion, what is the most important QB stat? I'm hearing alot about this today and everyone seems to be saying TDs, red zone/3rd down conversion.

Pretty sure the Eagles are retaining all those guys, so that seems fair to me. They are under contract with the Eagles. Chip seems to be interviewing RBs coaches to act as his OC in SF, the thought being maybe he is looking to change a bit from a ZBS scheme

QBR

If not that, then Adjusted Net Yards Per Attempt

Stats ain't shit.

Use your eyes and your brains.

If you don't have a working set then I guess look at QBR and pretend that it means something.
