but in a more real and honest way, its fucking terrible. harbs made me forget this feeling for 4 years even though we suffered through it for the previous 8, and now all the memories are back

that is the most depressing part about all of this. what are the possible scenarios for us?

A. tomsula and baalke keep their jobs. we are fucked.
B. tomsula is fired but baalke keeps his job. york and baalke are still the ones who will choose the new yes-man coach and baalke is still behind the draft (and the only things he can draft well are LB, CB and MAYBE DL.... those 3 things are the least of our problems)
C. tomsula stays but baalke is fired. we're fucked we still have the worst coaching staff in the league by a large margin
D. tomsula AND baalke are fired. we are fucked, york still owns the team and will find another couple of puppets to parade around

that is our future. now you might say "hey maybe one of these years, in the distant future, you can stumble upon another harbs!" but the answer is no. never again will wittle jeddy york be bullied by a head coach who demands perfection/winning.

This is depressing FMT. Even shitty owners luck into good coaches every once in a while (I mean, besides the obvious Harbaugh example, look at Jerry Jones and Jimmy Johnson). I do think we are doomed to another year of Tomsula regardless though, which is a depressing thought.

I'm new to the NFL (being an immigrant I've never really paid attention until now). I've looked at youtube videos of the rules and understand the game. I like watching Patriots play and Tom Brady in general because he's one handsome and skilled fucker. What are some other underdog teams to watch for?

im at the point where the only thing that would give me any type of hope if york cleaning house and bringing in outsiders. i can't trust his network of yuppies within the organization. i mean holy fuck i would welcome mike holmgren (which there is a report he is interested) or mike shanahan or basically anyone with an established reputation who would not let stupid ass jed york have a say or let him control them. but that is the rub of course: he will never hire someone like that

if tomsula is fired he'd probably promote eric mangini or tony soprano (yes soprano motherfucker!) to head coach

It's a trap. I won't ever in my life root for the Patriots. If it was the Patriots versus actual hellbeasts, with the entirety of humanity on the line, I'd still not do it. You could pay me a million dollars and I still wouldn't. If the Pats had to win a game for Buffalo to get into the playoffs, I still wouldn't.
