Here is another part of another personality assessment (edited name):

He has a strong ego and achieving significance in life is important to him. He assumes that everyone else should share his desire for advancement and may be disappointed when others appear to lack his strength of character. Tabris conveys a fast pace to his peers and above all, enjoys a challenge. With his keen analytical abilities and good strategic thinking, Tabris can almost always find the rationale for the things that he wants to do. Both alert and outspoken, Tabris can see the fatal flaw in a proposal or position but will often argue (and often enjoys arguing) on either side of an issue from a position of “devils advocate”.

Sounds pretty cool. If he can help Tebow win a playoff game and make Jay Cutler look good, I wonder what he could do for Tannehill. I'll stay skeptical like with any Dolphins potential hire (assuming the fins do actually grab him), but at least its not Sean Payton.

Yeah he's got that same QB whisperer rep that Payton has. I'd honestly like to see him + Pat Shurmur's offense with Bradford to see if he develops, pretty much the only hope I have for my team to not be a dumpster fire. Someone correct me but I think Gase was being tapped for the 49ers position last year, but had disagreements with the FO there. Hopefully he can rise up to be a great HC

Here is how the personality assessment says you should communicate with me:

Strategies for communicating with him:
  • Let him decide on the way forward.
  • Provide incentives and encouragement.
  • Be humorous, but don't humour him.
  • Listen to him - don't ask him to repeat himself.
  • Be sure he sees evidence of your support.
  • Ask for his advice.
  • Be ready to ignore his seemingly arrogant demeanour.
  • Omit unnecessary and intricate details.
  • Focus on the task at hand.
  • Move swiftly from topic to topic.
  • Speak quickly and clearly.
  • Allow him to review the agenda.

When communicating with him, DO NOT:
  • Be unenthusiastic or negative.
  • Challenge his authority “head on”.
  • Procrastinate, prevaricate or interrupt him.
  • Be late for the meeting.
  • Bore him with the routine or details.
  • Be dull, dour or redundant.
  • Overload him with facts, details and paperwork.
  • “Fudge” the issue or waffle.
  • Approach him with foregone conclusions.
  • Impose your feelings onto him unless he shows willing.
  • Underestimate his abilities to decide for himself.
  • Speak too slowly or hesitantly.

I'm not mad at that number for TT.

The going rate for QBs these days is high and this is a league where you either have a QB or your DOA until you get one.

Bills can win some games with Taylor

FWIW, there really hasn’t been a Chip Kelly NFL rumor since Monday (Giants interested) and that one was shot down by some.

Chip wants the NFL but the NFL doesn't want him.

Let's put aside the fact these kind of assessments are complete bullshit and barely a step up from sending your handwriting off to be analysed by Miss Cleo and review what these tips describe:

Tabris is unable to grasp complex, nuanced arguments or ideas so try and speak in short, easy to understand sentences and don't dwell on one topic for too long or his attention drifts.

Congratulations, the assessment you're so proud of recommends that people treat you as they would a toddler.

David Carr was just on 610 AM and he says Brock should not have been pulled.

Also thinks that Derek could've handled distractions better here if he actually did come to Houston.

I'm a little concerned about Derek Carr. His first year and the back half of year 2 weren't all that good. The good on him is the just 8 or so games to start 2015. But obviously Houston should have drafted him over XSF.

How much is Elway going to give Brock?

It should be in that range.

He has to pay it, because there is no one else out there at QB. Some saying $10M per in Broncoland, but I'm thinking somewhere closer to $12M or $13M, maybe a bit more if someone else tries to outspend them.

3 years, $35M is what I've seen thrown out there. Seems a little low to me.

The rumor is that Gase was to cocky for the 9ers during his second interview so they decided to go in a different direction.
