I think he's a little better than Shaun "The Dragon" Hill. Hill is another solid backup but Moore has a little more zip and velocity on his passes.

Several of them will reach of course. But it is somewhat amazing that we see guys like Dak (4th round), Cousins (3rd round and 2nd QB taken by the Skins that season) playing well. Teams who are scouting deep into the college ranks and perhaps taking a risk on someone with size but maybe hasn't been playing top competition will possibly luck out.
