-Raiders are focusing on stadium site on Russell Rd., and team has an agreement to purchase the land
-Raiders will have exclusive control of team year-round property on stadium site, to include Raiders hall of fame
-Stadium will have a retractable roof, and the team wont be liable for incremental costs associated with retractable roof after construction
-Raiders would control the naming rights for the stadium and whatever outdoor plaza exists
-No other team shall ever be permitted to use the Raiders locker room regardless of Super Bowl or NCAA Bowl game.
-Raiders will control parking, stadium authority must consult with them for parking for their events.
-Stadium Authority would be responsible for repairing any damages or destruction to Vegas stadium.
-UNLV must get Raiders consent scheduling games. UNLV field markings for collegiate games not required, and will be at the Raiders discretion. Raiders say they will make reasonable effort to accommodate
-Field must be natural grass

Running a zone defense an entire game vs the Pats is deadly. Ted Johnson talked about this on local radio yesterday. Have to mix it up vs Brady. Said he saw Wade Philips change it up last season during the game. Something he normally doesn't do.
Texans did the same this year. Switch between zone and man constantly during the game. Rush 3-5 depending.
