Switching between the two, it looks like NFL Network is ahead of ESPN in terms of being up to date on covering the picks as they come in.

Yea. My twitter feed is saying Taryl Austin really wanted this guy. I trust Austin but still...I'd rather have two 3rd round picks next year. The Lions' draft history in later rounds is too spotty to make a move like this.

Buck Allen will be a steal for the Ravens.
He does, but who cares. He's a RB, you aren't going to be giving him a 2nd contract more than likely. He's 3 years removed from the injury and showed last year it's not hindering him at all.

Ravens are having a pretty damn good draft.
So the Steelers got an olb, 2 cb's and a playmaker for the offense in the first four rounds. Not picking for need, my ass. That's exactly how I would've drawn it up, though perhaps with different players. The rest of the draft is gravy, though I would expect Jesse James in 6/7 and a couple of developmental linemen with the other picks.
I heard that Mike Mayock is saying his knee is "bone on bone" which is why he's fallen so far and may not get drafted at all.
Pats did the opposite and that was their needs..
We gave up a 3rd round pick we got from the Eagles. We still have a 2016 3rd round pick, plus we'll be getting a compensatory 3rd round pick next year for Suh and a 4th or 5th rounder for Fairley next year.
Martin Mayhew proves once again why he's one of the best GMs in the league.
Plus our philosophy is to win now, we have a 27 year old franchise QB, no time to waste.
