So, if I wanted to get tickets for a game:

Where's the best place to buy them?
How much are they usually?
Anything else I should/shouldn't do?

I honestly think the Browns will end up taking Richardson at #4. Only way I see them not doing that is if the Vikings don't take Kalil at #3. Then we will most likely pounce on him.

I was reading and a lot of people seem to believe Kalil can be moved to the right side. If we took him boners up, Joe Thomas and Matt Kalil holdin git down. McCoy would have all the time in the world to underthrow our receivers and throw a timely interception.

But really I've been convinced after all my reading the Browns are taking Richardson at #4 then a WR with the #22 pick. Anything after that I'm not educated enough in football to really know.

It does indeed seem like Richardson is the pick unless an incredibly tempting trade offer comes in. Whilst I think it's too high for a RB, McCoy played decent when he had a good running game to support him.

The problem comes at #22. If you take a WR there (Wright or Hill) then we have no RT as the talent drop in OTs from 1st round and beyond is quite large it seems. Ideally Martin falls to us there. The gulf in class between WRs in the late 1st/early 2nd is negligible compared to OTs. I'd be quite happy taking Randle, Jeffrey or Sanu at #37.

Then again, it's hard to say no to pulling the trigger on selecting Richardson/Wright.

I'm not sure if the Browns would take Kalil at #3 if the Vikings trade out. I think Richardson is the better pick when you already have Joe Thomas. It hasn't been all that hard for other teams to find good RTs in the 2nd or even 3rd round (if not later!).

If Richardson really is the best thing since AP, then if you're the Browns with your horrible, horrible offense, you have to take him regardless of the current market value for running backs.

I definitely don't think you take Tannehill at 3 though. Next year you have Matt Barkley, Tyler Wilson (who outplayed Tannehill when they played against each other), and some others who might be just as good if not better.

I really hope he is able to come back in full force, would be really sad if he can't. Seeing him dominate and running over people is so much fun.

I'm pretty doubtful that AP will ever be the same. He's not a patient runner, and it's 50/50 whether or not he'll actually run to the designed hole or not. He always got by with his ridiculous explosiveness, over the top aggression, and amazing lateral cuts.

He doesn't seem like a guy that's going to adapt his game into becoming a technician and a grinder.

Apparently he's ahead of schedule with his rehab, so who knows. Maybe he's enough of a genetic freak to recover 100%. Who knows.

Yeah I think if Vikings pass on kalil it'll give the browns a Lot of trade options, we can trade a couple spots and still get a Floyd or Richardson

I'm late but I wanted to comment on this as well while bringing up something I said earlier this offseason - the whole Mario Williams/Arian Foster debate was a joke IMO. people saying that Foster's production was already on the team via Ben Tate are also a joke. A guy like Foster (or Forte, or Rice, or Jackson) does so much for a team on the offense via their abilities to catch the ball and run protect it's hard to measure in just pure rushing yardage and receptions.

I'll always refer back to Bradshaw's game against the Bills this past season.

And of course, the catch:

Well-deserved. He's on the tail end of his career now, but he's still got something left in the tank (as last year showed). Hopefully, he can take on an elder statesman role and start mentoring the young guys a little more. (Instead of, you know, hitting them over the head with helmets)

Plus, he's one of the few that can say "I had a bounty put on me by the Saints, and I survived."

Running the football in most scenarios is a net negative. The best offenses in football have replaceable scrubs at RB for a reason, because running on a down that isn't short yardage or goal line is playing sub-optimal football in today's NFL.

The Browns have a lot of holes to fill. If you really think your team can afford to burn a top 5 pick on a running back instead of addressing a more pressing need then you're drinking way too much kool-aid.

The best justification to taking a back early on is if you are getting one that helps the team in the passing game. I don't know what scouts think of his pass catching skills, I was never blown away by that part of his game watching it in college. If it's not there then it's not worth taking him that early.

My personal experience, if you don't know anyone with a season ticket, official ticket booth (as unlikely as it seems) or StubHub (try to wait as long as you can before the game, some people bail early when they have lots of tickets and just want face value or at least not the outrageous amount they begin with).

That's the experience I made with NBA games just a few weeks ago. Not sure if it works equally well for NFL stuff. It sure as hell depends on the matchup.

If your RB is involved in your passing game heavily a la Forte and your 2nd stringer's can't catch shit, there is some value in an allrounder kinda guy. Not sure it's 1st round though. You could argue you need better pass protection and better actual receivers, but that's depending on the scheme, really. And a lot of that stuff you can do with TE packages, so there are ways around it, I guess.

That said, it's only logical to suggest Dolphins will draft Richardson, right before trading up to 3rd... :(

Im not trying to be a homer but the only back I can think of in recent memory that was worth a high pick was AP. Even then, there are a number of players that can put similar results despite being a level or two below him in talent.

There are too many backs of great value in later rounds.
