Someone in DEN tore apart Lloyd. I could always tell the dude was off, and he absolutely falls down when catches it, but thought they should have franchised him simply b/c they had no other legitimate WR. w/o him they have no one on the roster who will play WR in the league in 2013. But if all this is true, then yeah, gj again Snead/Fish

“He’s either going to come down with it, or knock it away from the [defensive back]. He makes contested catches over people because he can elevate and make catches in the crowd, make catches when the [defensive backs] are right there, make one-handed catches on balls that are thrown behind him. His body control is just ridiculous.’’

After his All-Pro-type season, the Broncos traded Lloyd to the Rams for only a conditional sixth-round pick (it turned into a selection in the fifth round).

The Rams haven’t been very aggressive in re-signing Lloyd, so he’ll likely land with his sixth team in nine seasons.

That doesn’t happen for no reason.

The book on Lloyd, according to several league sources at his various stops, is that he can be moody and surly, depending on the day, and a bit selfish. You won’t find many teammates who have good things to say about him.

But others have said that when Lloyd is on the practice field or in games, he is fine and can be managed.

Not everyone agrees.

“I know you’ve heard he was good in the building, but he wasn’t necessarily an angel in the building,’’ said the Broncos source. “He wasn’t a good teammate. During games, he was asking the stat person to see how many catches and yards he had at that point in the game when [Kyle] Orton was starting.

“He has that locker room lawyer-type in him. Publicly he’ll say all the right things, but in the locker room he’ll voice his opinion.

“He’s extremely intelligent. Very articulate, very well-read, but there were times when people in the building thought he may be bipolar - and not joking - because he has days where he’s up and ready to go and happy-go-lucky and he’s like, ‘Hey, what’s up? How’s it going?’

“And then there were other days when he was surly and moody, and you just know it’s not a good day to approach him.

“He’s kind of a different cat, I’ll say that.’’

“But I think a lot of that had to do with him getting the ball. He wasn’t shy about telling Orton, ‘Give me the damn ball,’ or a look. I don’t think Tom Brady is going to put up with that. Tom Brady is going to be like, ‘Just shut up. I pass it to the open guy. If you’re open, I’ll get it to you.’ I don’t know how he would react to that. Kyle never did that.

Its the football life....about Ed Sabol, creator of NFL FILMS.

I watched it before, it is AMAZING.....the guy is funny, and just genuine. I don't know him, but I love the guy.

NFL Football has meant soooo much to me, and NFL Films is a big part of that. I used to open my NFL boardgame, just to pull out the NFL FILMS VHS Tape to watch footage over and over when I was a kid.

here is the board game I had....I didn't have anyone to play it with though, or anyone who liked football or at least understood it to want to play....didn't care though, I'd just pull out that VHS tape in the offseason....it was my youtube at the time.

Plus, every one of those trades was "voided" only to be immediately reapproved. You're a joke. We are all laughing at you. Madden Gaf rules ate heretofore more like guidelines at best.

lol, we have to use a 3rd party site to manage contracts because EA isn't capable enough to do that in game for online franchise. He had admin powers to the site, and restructured his contracts to shave off 7 Mil without anyone knowing. :P

lol, I only had 38 LJ, but a ton of people had low forties, but I get singled out!

Well, looks like Miami aint getting Peyton.

I wonder if it was because of Ireland and/or Ross.

So it comes down to:

1)Flynn: A toss up. He can go to Seattle, Browns, or some other team. Or he can play for his old OC in Miami.
2)Give up picks for Tannehill. Sherman vouches for him?
3)Keep Moore for another season.
 
Flynn > Kolb > Tannehill (for Cleveland).

Don't want the Browns to spend a pick on Tannehill who is a complete unknown. I'd rather give money to Flynn who may turn out to be decent to good than to say someone the likes of Kolb.

Heck I'd rather just roll with McCoy another year and build up more picks to go after Barkley.

Miami could still land Peyton, I would not count them completely out yet.

If Flynn goes to the Browns, then it is likely that Tannehill is there at 8. It seems like it is a wait and see moment until the dusts settles come Tuesday.

Moore finished off pretty strong didn't he?

It's been awfully quiet regarding Peyton and Miami, seems like either that is his rabbit in the hat or he really doesn't want to play there. Can't wait to find out.
