Well Packers got jobbed out of their home game then because it was supposed to be pre-Gints winning the Superb Owl.Nope. It's at Metlife Stadium. Though we seem to do better at Lambeau so that might be the joke. :jnc

(I know what you meant, superb owl just brought up some funny images)
.On his conference call with the media Wednesday night, Jets general manager Mike Tannenbaum was insistent that Tim Tebows role with the Jets was going to be that of a backup quarterback who can run the Wildcat.
The mantra Tannenbaum kept repeating was that every team in the league needs a backup quarterback and thats what they were going after when they made the deal for Tebow. In an appearance on ESPN Radios Mike and Mike Thursday morning, however, Tannenbaum sang a slightly different tune when it came to Mark Sanchezs job security. Tannenbaum was asked about his vision for how much the team will use Tebow packages.
If our offense is sputtering and we have, say, three three-and-outs and we roll this out there and its successful, who knows?
Just dump Sanchez and be done with it.If our offense is sputtering and we have, say, three three-and-outs and we roll this out there and its successful, who knows?
Just saw this on twitter, apologies if it is old.

Tebowmania is going to be unbearable

Jeff Howe said:It also really sounds like Matt Light is leaning toward retirement.
Mike Wallace doesn't drop half the balls thrown to him like Djax does.
Hahahaha! I thought it was a joke, but Shockey really tweeted this. Amazing.
In other news
Don't do it Matt!
DJax had 9 drops last year to Wallaces 6, not a big difference at all.
Cool. They're 12 year old girls. Good to know.
How many targets did they each get?
I'd love Tolly to stay with the Giants but I'm sure he's wanting to get on the field more. Good for him if he ends up with the Pack.As a rookie in Green Bay, Dave Tollefson had to break in quarterback Brett Favre's insoles. A painful, forgettable experience. Six years later, the Packers may be asking him to help wake up their dormant pass rush. The Packers have "definite interest" in the New York Giants' defensive end, a league source said. No visit is scheduled yet, as Tollefson is set to visit the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday and Friday.
At 6-foot-4, 266 pounds, Tollefson most likely projects as a 3-4 outside linebacker in Green Bay's scheme. His growth has been gradual. Drafted by the Packers in the seventh round in 2006 out of Northwest Missouri State, he was let go and latched on with the Giants. Tollefson has mostly been a reserve on New York's deep defensive line but finally got his chance to produce in 2011 when injuries struck. With 21 tackles, five sacks and two forced fumbles, he may have created a market for himself this spring. He'd fit the low-cost budget general manager Ted Thompson prefers in free agency.
Tollefson has 81 career tackles, 10 sacks and five forced fumbles.

Michael bush and Matt Forte is a great one two punch for the bears.
The bears easily is having the best off season so far, broncos is second.
Who in their right mind would even THINK of hating on Christina Hendricks?

Good to see they both using ridiculous spelling in their text like teenage girls. lol
He's not the rat, but he's already airing private conversations to 'clear' his name. What a dope. I wish I could trade in my grammar for millions of dollars too.

On my phone so I can't research it right now, but I read somewhere that Jackson drops half the balls thrown to him over 20 yards.DJax had 104 targets, so he dropped 8%
Wallace had 113 targets, so he dropped 5.3%
Not a big difference at all.
Hahah Fat Mike is blasting the Jets again today. Always entertaining
:jnc, those were my exact reactions.
I'm glad they are at least kicking the tires on defensive linemen. This group has shown to be pretty freaking awful at evaluating d-line talent so it's one place where I would be ok with free agent signings.

Patriots reached agreement on a one-year deal with WR Deion Branch.

LOL, I bet the average completion % on passes over 20 yards is less then 50%. Big plays like that are usually low percentage.
Pats resigned Deion Branch
so many receivers
