Whats the likelihood though? They were over until the Smith trade, but they have to tag Goldson. It would be great if they could get him for one season but if he gets traded he probably wants top defender money and a long term contract, which would only hurt the 9ers because it doesn't seem the 9ers have much in the way of overpriced players or deadweight on the team to cut.

I'm going to withhold my comments then.

If it was us I have a post for why it was a great thing to do and how forward thinking this new regime is.

If it wasn't us I have a post for how disgusting other teams are and I'm glad our regime wouldn't sink to such levels.

No we really don't, but we need a better secondary. All they are good for back there is hitting someone hard after they catch the ball. Holy shit do they hit hard but I would rather have good defenders and not enforcers back there.

Don't sign Goldson, cut Gore, and Alex's salary off the books easily covers Revis. With his contract demands, can't see the Jets getting better than a second. No one is giving up multiple picks for a guy off knee surgery AND paying him Mario Williams money

Harbs could've had Sherm, but he has a nasty habit of forsaking players that have played hard and made sacrifices for him.

Looking at PFF and their all pro team and Andre Smith is the best RT in league, WTF? This fat fuck who looked like a complete clown on Hard Knocks and then broke his foot in training camp after holding out. I'm happy for him and the Bengals since it seemed early on like he was on his way to becoming a complete bust.

Now that Chiefs have Smith, Jags need to grab Geno at #2 in this draft

This draft has the markings of the 2008 draft all over it. It was a weak QB class so Dolphins ended up passing on the best one available in Matt Ryan and took Jake Long instead. We know how that ended up.
Flacco wins the super bowl?

The worst starting LT in the league Jamarcus Trash (Webb) was arrested for possession of weed today while speeding on I-57. Hopefully the Bears can use this as an excuse to ship his worthless ass out of town. Story here.

Holy shit lol. Analysts were claiming that if Gabbert was in this draft he would be ranked ahead of Geno. If that is true then I feel sorry for Gator and his Jags nation, no one deserves bust after bust with QBs*

Unless its a NFCE Team ( Minus Redskins), Pats, Steelers, Colts (Lucky Fucks!)

ESPN's Chris Mortensen reported on NFL 32 that free agent Brady Quinn will likely end up with the Jets.
Per Mortensen, the Jets plan to sign two free-agent quarterbacks. Quinn has history with new Jets QBs coach David Lee, who "likes (Quinn) a lot." New York will reportedly bring five quarterbacks to training camp, not including Tim Tebow. In this scenario, Quinn, Mark Sanchez, Greg McElroy, and Matt Simms would account for four, and they'd add one more free-agent veteran to the mix.

Dat QB gauntlet. :bfp

Thank Tebow we didn't take small hands. I've talked far too much shit about the guy for him to be my QB now. FMT would never have let me hear the end of it. Ofcourse we gave a pathetic offer, they are rivals! Whiz and Graves are out, we are hopefully above any further butt fumble decisions. We should now say butt fumble in lieu of retarded and stupid posts should receive a :buttfumble henceforth.

Arizone loves Philly back up QBs!

Foles for a 3rd round pick and I will do backflips of joy!

Sorry my man, the key is getting Fitz to ask for them ;) No Fitz boners for little Foles.

Also, jnc at people that think we have interest in Cassel. These are the days of smoke and mirrors until FA and in some cases, the draft have passed. Also, we are going to be linked with virtually every QB on the market in the days to come because 1. Our GM said we would explore ALL possibilities and 2. Media loves to talk about how desperately we need a QB. There was a lot of talk that we were really interested in small hands and then it turns out we gave a really weak offer. All bull my friends.

I will neither confirm or deny, but I will say that I am happy the Bears fired Lovie Smith. Whether Marc Trestman is a good replacement, who knows.

Oh yeah, fuck you KC! Way to allow the Niners to load up on picks even more! Now with a couple that are actually valuable when you could have just let him hit the market. Nobody was going to trade for that scrub.

Neckbeard is coming to the Jets soon! It's going to be a Mile High reunion!

Marques Colston restructures with the Saints:

ProFootballTalk @ProFootballTalk

Per source, Marques Colston's new deal creates $2.1 million in cap space for the Saints. Details coming at PFT.

Mort is saying the Raiders are interested in Geno Smith with the #3 pick as well.

ID take Tebow over Quinn

Girl I'm hanging out with reminds me of a pornstar I saw on the interwebs. It's freaking me out.

Of course my interest in said adult actress was strictly plutonic. I merely wanted to refine my taste in prurient material.

I hope she doesn't have the same abandonment issues.

If she goes to MSU it's pretty much guaranteed.

Why won't you come to your senses
You been out ridin' benches for so long now
Oh, you're a soft one
I know that you got your reasons
These things that are pleasin' you
Can hurt you somehow

Bravo good sir!

Both suck, happy now? Teo getting ripped is obvious though. Both have pro day to redeem themselves.

Sounds like Denver is really interested in Teo. Bill Williamson has us taking him at 28. I don't want him, and think it's a smoke screen by Elway.

Does Harrison get cut? The sentiment around Steeler Nation is that he won't, but it may just be a smokescreen.

I don't know, but somebody from that D has got to go. Big Snack's a FA, I'll be surprised if they resign him. That leaves Harrison, Keisel, Troy, Clark as the old dude's making serious change. Well, there's also Ike, but as their best DB he ain't going anywhere. There's a crazy part of me that says keep Harrison and unload fat ass Woodley, but I don't think there's a real chance of that.
