Whatever, can't say I didn't see this coming. Pats have plenty of options and cap space, I'd like Edelman back plus another wideout like Jennings or Amendola, then I wouldn't miss Welker in the least.

Not happening. Amendola will only cost the Pats money, and he will be cheaper. I would love to get Cruz but it will never happen. Pats are way to fucking cheap.

Never happening, and the Pats don't have shit planned. They just don't value Welker as highly as some other teams. I'm going to be really pissed once the Pats don't sign Talib/some player of his caliber. If that happens it will be 06 all over again.

I don't think this is a case of the Pats being cheap yet. If they don't go out and sign players then you can say they were being cheap, but if they use that money and sign guys like Jennings,Talib, and Amendola then I'm fine with that.

They're being cheap. They spent weeks telling Welker he was valued and they wanted him, then let him go for 6 a year? They should have cut the shit and said take a hike weeks ago.
