Got added to the list after the DUI he got mid-appeal of his original year-ban. So now a year later he does it again and gets banned for a year anyway.

It's technically a suspension but also technically a ban. He'd be suspended for the year, but then he'd have to come back and meet with the league pleading his case for why he should be able to return in 2016, and they may or may not let him.

If Josh comes back then he needs the Dez rules. Full-time caretaker paid taken out of his salary to keep him out of trouble. Force all bars and clubs in Cleveland to ban him from entering. Do something, anything to keep his ass out of trouble. Most importantly we need to focus on giving him the resources to overcome these issues. In all honesty he might never play for the Browns or any NFL team again. That's fine if he gets the help he needs to overcome these demons and become a productive member of society. Spend this year and change away from the game fixing himself because he's talented but troubled.
