i read a good theory saying that the victim took the car to a drug deal (not a deal with hernandez) and got shot, leaving the car at the scene. that makes a whole lot more sense than hernandez shooting someone and leaving his car at the scene of the crime...

Yes, indeed I do. Miami fans of all sports suck. Clearly the only true fans live outside of Florida such as Wrayfield, Fantomex, and myself.

maybe a non-issue for you and others, but it was clear MS was going to be absolutely slaughtered by sony. is the damage already done? i don't know but this is a step in the right direction if true

The Chickens have never had a rival. Ever. In the entirety of their existence. Not the Chiefs. Not the Broncos. Not the Raiders. Not anyone in the NFCW. We'll see how the SF thing goes. It's certainly hot right now for sure, but seems pretty one sided. 49ers aren't crashing parties with armed security to threaten Russell and his suburbanite friends

Former San Francisco 49ers kicker Jose Cortez has been forced to resign as a member of the Oregon State Police and he has been sentenced to seven days in jail after pleading guilty to official misconduct on the job.
The Oregonian reports that Cortez, 37, is out of a job following an investigation into a March 1 traffic stop in which a woman, under suspicion of driving under the influence, accused Cortez of fondling her during questioning.
Cortez, who had been on the job for six years, will be on probation for a year and he has surrendered his state law enforcement credentials. Under a plea agreement, he was not charged with a sex crime.
Cortez, who played at Oregon State, bounced around the NFL from 1999 to 2005, kicking for seven different teams in the regular season. He made 23 of 32 field goal attempts in 2002 with the San Francisco 49ers and Washington Redskins.

Niners players don't have it in them. They're all soft and that's why we turned them into a stain on the CLink turf. Also why Harbaugh's asshole that he calls a mouth is constantly leaking.

all the chickens do is talk and that's all they can ever do. as i said before, yes you won your superbowl against us last season but we had a real superbowl to contend for. it won't be any different this season. the seachickens are just another game on our schedule. but the niners are a BIG DEAL to the seachickens. that's why your coach is a career loser. then your players have to cheat to back up all the talking they do. but as harbaugh has taught us, if you cheat you have already lost before stepping onto the field. the seachickens would be wise to remember that

Maybe if Harbs was a good coach he wouldn't have lost to Flacco and 90-year-old Ray Ray. Guess all that time he spent preparing for the playoffs instead of focusing on the game at the CLink was a waste! And any game we won by 30 was never a big game. I just bring it up because most Niner fans like to pretend it never happened.

If the MS stuff is true, it's good for gamers. But it's also completely hilarious after they got curb stomped at E3. It would be the first time in history that whatever happened at E3 actually mattered.

So, today I am announcing the following changes to Xbox One and how you can play, share, lend, and resell your games exactly as you do today on Xbox 360. Here is what that means:

An internet connection will not be required to play offline Xbox One games – After a one-time system set-up with a new Xbox One, you can play any disc based game without ever connecting online again. There is no 24 hour connection requirement and you can take your Xbox One anywhere you want and play your games, just like on Xbox 360.

Trade-in, lend, resell, gift, and rent disc based games just like you do today – There will be no limitations to using and sharing games, it will work just as it does today on Xbox 360.

In addition to buying a disc from a retailer, you can also download games from Xbox Live on day of release. If you choose to download your games, you will be able to play them offline just like you do today. Xbox One games will be playable on any Xbox One console -- there will be no regional restrictions.

These changes will impact some of the scenarios we previously announced for Xbox One. The sharing of games will work as it does today, you will simply share the disc. Downloaded titles cannot be shared or resold. Also, similar to today, playing disc based games will require that the disc be in the tray.

We appreciate your passion, support and willingness to challenge the assumptions of digital licensing and connectivity. While we believe that the majority of people will play games online and access the cloud for both games and entertainment, we will give consumers the choice of both physical and digital content. We have listened and we have heard loud and clear from your feedback that you want the best of both worlds.

The difference was Ms was going to let people install games, and share/trade digital games. I want all 3 consoles to kill physical disks. I really think family sharing could have been the best thing to come out of this Gen and I am worried that we are going to miss out on cool features like that due to Ms caving in to the complaints.

I really hope they dont gimp sharing. My little brother buys games like crazy and I was really hoping to be able to play a lot of games this gen that I normally wouldnt buy.

And regarding the XBone, I'm still not getting one anytime soon. It's the Principle of the whole thing.

of course its gone. sharing was kind of a "yeah we know we are butt fucking you on this but... here's a little something for your troubles". but still great news for everyone INCLUDING sony/ps4 fans because competition is never a bad thing. if MS continued with their old policy they would have been absolutely slaughtered by ps4/sony. maybe not this fall, but in the long term it would not have been close.
