Depends if they get treatment or not, the appendix is apart of your lymphatic system so innately its gonna hold all your lymph fluids, not the kinda shit you want back in your system. If you don't become septic then you'll survive.

One of my fondest drunk memories was being completely schmammerred and trying to get a taxi back to my crib after losing a shoe in a dance club in Hawaii.
