They don't realize that America is no where near as dense as the other countries and assume everything is as populated as Boswash. It's the same thing with medical care, when there's an extreme shortage of doctors serving the rural areas.

As if thats an option for a lot of people.

Honestly don't get what the big deal is saying Geno is the starter right now considering the guy who would be competing against him can't even practice yet.

Smart to just bury it now. If Geno sucks in the preseason they can just change their mind then.

Us population density = 85 per sq mi
France population density = 295 per sq mi
UK pop density = 660 per sq mi.
German pop density = 593 per sq mile
World Cup Chokers pop density = 1,062 per square mile.

Comparisons between the states and those countries are silly.

If it weren't for Nintendo I'd agree. Lots of good games have come out on the Xbox and PS4, but I'm still waiting for that Mario 64/MGS2/Gears of War game that came out and immediately justified the new console. Bloodborne kinda fits but it's a little niche for a lot of people.

I was hoping for some of the kinds of quirky games found on the Wii, but not much of that has surfaced. I want a sequel to Endless Ocean for example. Or maybe Deadly Creatures. these games were unique and really fun and interesting and there has been a dearth of them, even in the indie market. It has just been massively disappointing and Im honestly not even sure wtf people are playing on these systems anymore besides fuckin Bloodborne.

Hmmmm... The Eastern states are a lot more densely populated than the West. So the comparison become even more silly.

1. Northeast 345.5 sq mi
2. South 136.3 sq mi
3. Midwest 90.0 sq mi
4. Pacific 57.4 sq mi

Agreed. that was so much fun!

But really, I want an HD Endless Ocean. Ps3 actually had an HD ocean exploration game of sorts very similar called Aquanauts Holiday, but it never got licensed in the US.
HD has so much potential in gaming yet we are wasting it on a bunch of fucking action games and FPS.

I don't think they will drop to $300 but probably bundle games in at $349. You can get Evolve and MCC at Best Buy for $349.

Yeah I agree. I love my Wii U, great games on that, and Wonderful 101 is crazy good and unique. But even on that it's mostly just iterations on old ideas. And that's kinda the problem too. Even with new IPs on Sony and MS, it's mostly similar ideas (see Shadow of Mordor, Bloodborne) or iterations on old IP. There's a little too much conservatism, and indies hopefully will be our savior. Hopefully with the recent 3D platformer renaissance in indies, we'll keep seeing new ideas and genres brought back

That will only work if they have desperate New Yorkers and Angelenos watching to see their teams' fates. You think people will show up to watch if Tennessee or Tampa Bay gets the No.1 pick? lol

Beatty is being evaluated this afternoon in Manhattan. If surgery is required, expectation is he'd be out 5-6 months.

The Giants selected OT Ereck Flowers at No. 9. He and Justin Pugh would be candidates at left tackle if Beatty is out to start the season.
