Reading up on Bortles now. Draft Bortles and they sign Cassell as a stop gap?

I like Cassell as a stop gap. idk about Bortles. He looks the part and is athletic. But he supposedly has fits of inaccuracy and bad decision making. The Fiesta Bowl he looked like crap for a half and then looked great. Gotta figure out why. His own coach didn't offer the greatest of praise when he left. But that could be salt or even smoke for his buddy BoB

Again, expected but still... Red ;_;

=( Dang it. I suppose if I had to make that choice I'd go with Bennett as well, but Bryant is a beast.

Also dang at the Prison chaos. Why can't we have a let's play of a nice friendly game where we all get along? =( Those guards had families =*(

True Detective was great. Dang at that gal's backside.

Xia, how will your facility handle all of these unconscious prisoners? Is there any chance for more casualties among the prison population? Squicken and Mech look like they are in bad shape.

In throwing drills, Bortles showed above-average arm strength and touch on vertical tosses, dropping the ball down the chute on go-routes and post-corners. He also flashed superb anticipation on intermediate routes by routinely delivering the ball right in the strike zone on digs and speed outs. Although he was slightly off target on a handful of throws, Bortles' ball placement was on point for most of the session. With a few more workouts (including his pro day) to strut his stuff, Bortles' draft stock should just continue to rise.

Wellington agrees. But if you draft him and sit him for a year while Cassell plays.

After my first 24 hours in that place I would rather be dead

We have one doctor and two medical beds to handle everything! :D

Though we can call in paramedics if needed, but that costs money.

I don't think any of the guys knocked out are actively losing health (bleeding out), so we should be okay. Those guards are heading to the morgue for now though.

This was inevitable really, given all the votes to push security upgrades til last and reducing meals.

Who is getting held responsible for those deaths? I ain't getting more time because RBH and Fantomex took our disturbance to another level.

You'll have to wait and find out. Plus joining in Greg's plan to escape is likely going to extend your stay anyway. ;P

Who knows, we'll see if the prison staff works out something with DM's crew to even out the score with Greg's clique and those guards dying!

Only 2 more episodes of True Detective :( Next season has a lot to live up to. They better get the cast right.

I will be out of jail in no time. I knew the rest of you thug NFL gaffers wouldn't be able to control yourselves once there was workshop !!!

DM I'm coming to Vegas and we're partyin

And by that I mean going to heart attack grill

Never been, but I've walked by it a lot of times during weekends downtown.

Scared of it. Mostly because of the bums that sit outside of it all night.

Our company's main office is in Vegas. Count me in if I ever have to travel!

Who the fuck knocked me out?!?

And why am I cuffed?!?

Probably the guard who died. You ran up from the courtyard after that cheap shot you gave Slo last update. No idea what started that part of the riot, I was too busy capturing the nonsense in the workshop.

You should all buy random hooker cards from the Mexicans always snapping them together on every corner and see what happens in Vegas.

Went to Vegas for my 21st birthday and I snuck like 50 of them home without my parents ever knowing I got them. Would love to see the reaction of the guy at the airport who had to search my bags.

I still think I like Teddy out of the top QBs, but I don't feel real strong about it. I like all 3, but I just wouldn't want to have to choose if I'm running a franchise. At this point, I'd take Sammy Watkins and know I landed a special player. He just seems like a sure thing.

I totally agree with Mayock on Jadeveon; it seems he took the season off just to avoid injury and took plays off. That's such a huge red flag I think I would even have doubts if the Lions took him at #10 if he somehow dropped. It was posted earlier today, but his own teammates and headcoach have criticized his work ethic.

I don't think he is a surefire d-lineman pick like Suh or Julius Peppers were. That's I've always loved about Suh; not only is he infinitely talented as a defensive lineman but he is first one in the gym, last one out type of dudes. Jadeveon is not that type of guy, or at least was not in college and thats on the record.

If I'm the Texans, and B.O.B. doesn't believe any of the top three QBs are worth the #1 then why not take Sammy Watkins at #1? They're still playing in an extremely weak AFC South and its not like the Texans are loaded at WR anyway. Andre has had a hell of a career but his career will be hitting its swan song soon.

Take Watkins at #1, trade Andre for as much as you can get for him so he can finish his career on a contender and get a temporary band-aid at QB like Vick. That's good enough for the playoffs in the shitty AFC South, especially with Arian Foster and Ben Tate as your RBs.

Or you can draft Johnny Football. Decisions, decisions....

LJ, what are your thoughts on Evans, Benjamin, and Lee?

Lee may not have timed well but he plays really fast, getting open deep was not a problem. His first couple of years he looked like a top 5 pick but he hasn't improved his route running. It's go routes or shallow crosses for the most part, go route is what he does best. Drops a lot of balls too. A ton of potential with him, everyone loved this kid a couple of years ago, he was always open deep. Just needs to round out the rest of his game. Bunch of injuries too.

Benjamin attacks the ball better than most WRs, he's freakish going up for the ball. Not sure he's going to give you any yards after catch. Will be a big weapon in the redzone. His teammate Green is no slouch, overlooked player if you ask me and may be the better overall receiver, not in this draft though. He'll make his money in the redzone. Not a bad route runner but needs work.

Evans I think I like a bit more because I think he's shown an ability to get yards after the catch, at worst he's a better Colston. Good hands too, strong. He doesn't really get off the line with quickness, no real moves, relies on his length, might give him some trouble against physical corners. Does a good job gaining hip control, giving his QB room to fade the deep ball. Always works back to the ball, had to with Manziel. I like WRs that come back for it and don't just stand in an area, think its something that offensive school teaches, you see it at a&m, Baylor, and with Leach.

I think I know what Evans is, not sure with Benjamin. I like Benjamin's freakish ability to go up and get it, but he has some rough spots, didn't work the ball underneath very much, very little yac.

Still can't get over how terrible the RB class is. I'd wager there's some non-invite rookie who is better than half of those guys.

I quite like Devonta Freeman, but that's the only RB I can get passionate about in this class. I'm sure two or three will end up pretty good but it's hard to guess which it'll be.

Maybe this guy will be the breakout star:

According to Michael Gehlken of U-T San Diego, Muema left the Scouting Combine on Sunday without working out. He cited religious reasons.

But the religious reasons weren’t related to, for example, treating Sunday as the day of rest. Which would make it pretty hard to pursue a career in the NFL. God told Muema (according, obviously, to Muema) that if he didn’t work out at the Scouting Combine he’d realize his dream of playing for the Seattle Seahawks.

“Can’t go wrong with God,” Muema said. “[He] told me to sit down, be quiet, enjoy the peace.”

Welp.....Seahawks win next years Superbowl confirmed

Sam's Town. $5 to get in to the viewing party. $1.50 Bud Lights. $3 burgers and hot dogs with unlimited toppings. $6 supreme nachos.
Do they normally sell that by the race/sports book?

I love the nachos at The Orleans. I miss the old 50's diner at Sam's Town.

I visit Vegas almost once a month. Will be there for March madness
