Fallen from what, he never amounted to much as a pass rusher. He's not even starting but he's pretty good cover backer, just stuck in the wrong system right now, had a good year last season.

i loved manlaw in coverage when he was with us. reminded me of julian peterson in his prime. of course he was a mediocre pass rusher which is why the niners didn't resign him

I agree with most of it, but I think Joseph Randle is going to make it ahead of Williams due to him being their own draftpick and I think he'll be a more useful pass blocker.
