I guess I'd buy a physical copy of something I really liked at some point. Those reasons are pretty similar to mine, I just move too much and hate moving. Fuck carrying all that shit around.

I moved three times in two years with about 300 books. I kept the ones that had sentimental value and donated the rest. Have had to rebuy them all but they tend to be cheaper digitally anyway.
Seriously moving books is the worst. And I tended to cheap out and move everything but the furniture myself. Fuck carrying those up six flights of stairs in the summer heat in NYC.

Id say Mistborns mediocre, he's definitely getting better and better though with each series he writes. Have high expectations for the next Stormlight

And I have no problem in calling you a dumbfuck for valuing a draft pick of your favorite sports team over someone else's health. Rooting for your team to lose for a better draft pick is one thing........but rooting for a person to potentially lose their livelihood so that you can gain more enjoyment from your sports team puts you on an even lower level than the mouth breathers who call into sports talk radio on a regular basis (and no, ACL tears are still not "super easy" to recover from. Even with all of the advances made, there is still a ton of variability in recovery time and return to full activity, and nothing is guaranteed). But hey, if it makes you feel better that you're more of a "true fan" as a result (whatever the fuck that means), then go ahead and pat yourself on the back for your moronic perspective.

True, I'm trying to temper my expectations. I know it's pre season and all that jazz. It's just thrilling after watching VY and Locker throw balls above, behind, in front of, or not even around a receiver for so many years.
