NFL Preseason/Training Camp/Disrespect 2015 |OT2| - Second verse same as the first

Had they had a leader that would have left his generals to actually carry out their plans it would be a different world.

That and the Japanese not pulling the US into it. Although I'm sure we would have jumped in the moment the Germans tried to take the UK.

According to Troy, #broncos' Elway on Hard Knocks said "that he's trying to move one or two players" at inside linebacker in trade. Came up during Clark talks

Montee Ball might get a chance to make the team. Steven Johnson or Todd Davis probably on the move?

I'd have to disagree on Germany not being able to take Britain. If they hadnt let 300 thousand allied soldiers flee during the evacuation, and had concentrated more on Uboats than giant battleships (which aside from the Tirpitz didn't do them a ton of good) they would have had a good chance at strangling the UK into submission. I know at one point they were down to a few months of supplies thanks to the Uboat fleet sinking supply ships left and right. So the ability and opportunity was there, they just fucked up all their advantages.

Indirectly, yes. Directly. Absolutely not. Only person in the modern era to invade was William the Conquerer and it helps that Harold was a fucking moron who went to quell a small fire in the middle of the country. When hellfire in the form of a Norman bastard was able to land and bend him over and chop his head off.

You are indeed correct that more uboats would have helped them. The reason why they made the warships boils down to the fact that they wanted to have a bigger dick than the British. That and they all thought Mahan was a genius. The reason why they couldn't use the uboats to crush supplies to England is because of the fact that the US put the fear of God in them with avoiding unrestricted warfare and so had to slow them down.

Problem is.. The generals knew that if the smuggled goods were able to get in. The British would be able to limp on. So they made an understandable gamble to go full hog on anything going into England. That's when we had the Lusitania happen and it's funny because they put our advanced warning that they were going to sink the shit out of it because they knew they was ammo and shit on there (they were right)

Even then.. The U.S still drug it's feet until the Zimmerman telegram. (Hey Mexico pissed about the Alamo still and that fuck James K.Polk.. Go dick with the US for a bit and we will give you back Texas and all the lands lost in the Mexican cession.) that's when the public said let's go fuck up the Germans.

Germany was fucked when Rommel lost to Montgomery in Africa. Hitler didn't really start getting involved till much later in the war (ie invade Russia and to be fair to that, they needed the oil because they had run dangerously low if Rommel hadn't fucked up in Africa, Stalingrad never happens and Stalin happily fucks off because he gets everything wants) Germany was never going to take the UK. No one has taken it in 1000 years (1066) and they knew it. Hence why they tried to bomb everything. The German economy under hitler and the nazis was under a military Keynesianism that needed them to go and throat punch all the small countries like Romania and shit to keep their army and subsequently their economy moving.

The U.S would have joined the war without Pearl Harbor I think eventually. FDR wanted to do it so fucking bad and tried to indirectly help the Allies with Lend-Lease (another big reason why the Nazis lost. I always laugh when I read about Yalta and Stalin actually thanking FDR for lend-lease and was the reason why they won in Russia)

Plus he ultimately wanted to force the axis to declare war on the US by play hardball with the Japanese. Guess what bitches... No oil for you and that pissed them off.

Yeah, I'm no war scholar.

I've just read that while the baseline of all wars are economic in general, WWII was lost because of large tactical errors of the Germans particularly when Hitler was involved and he inability to sustain the forces and resources required to win.

Probably a bit of both in reality.

Man, that's an interesting idea. Some of those guys are coming up on their deals so that makes it more complex.

It's always interesting to see the gears turning.

Oh god. I want him cut already. Waste of a roster spot that can go to someone who can actually play.

Tebow has yet again showed nothing in pre season. His release isn't faster. His mechanics aren't better. His decision making is still putrid. And worst of all he failed as a 2pt specialist.
You're out of luck. Tebow is here to stay. He's a blessing to us all.

My wife was loving that kids reaction.

His enthusiasm to just be playing is great to see. A modern day "Rudy"

Also the conversation tonight between Rick Smith and John Elway was interesting. Smith asking Elway if he was interested in an ILB and Elway saying he was trying to move a couple himself.

Really? I thought it was only Pepiope and someone else.

All of Eagles-GAF is line.. It's like a whole group of Kas.

Eagles are now the smartest and classiest organization in the league.

You are making all of PA very proud Chip Kelly.
Praise Tebow.

So basically he's going to become a conman/asshole like Rudy really is?
