Peyton Manning has been widely regarded as the best quarterback in football for over a year. Everyone is always going off about his play calling skills at the line of scrimmage and everything. He's probably the most "jock'd" quarterback in the league right now.

BUT WHO FUCKING CARES?

Manning, like Favre (and like McNair!), has earned his accolades. It's not like he's some overrated hack.

Uh, no. Favre has barely been a fixture on SportsCenter or NFL Countdown this past season. Manning is all over the place and was "jock'd" up and down the ESPN lineup when they went through their Top 5 QB lists.

Deal with it. Manning is popular! Now it's time to find a new underrated QB to like! Maybe Drew Brees? How 'bout Matt Hasselbeck? ... Aaron Brooks?

Ah, the truth comes out. I hate Dallas, but I don't wish any ill will towards Vinny Testaverde. I respect the oppositon and channel my hatred towards their entire team. That's the difference between a FAN and PHILLY FAN.

first off...i'm a boilermaker, so Brees isn't a bad choice :lol Wait till next year when I become a fan of whoever takes Kyle "Gonna win the heisman" Orton. Fuck Aaron Brooks. I've liked the Aints a LOT the last 3 years....and this is how they repay me.

Dude, we hate the opposing team in it's entirety...just that we hate each and every individual player.

BTW, there is a pride in being a Philly fan. You learn early on that all ass hats in the vicinity of the sports arena are targets and booing is encourage. How silly are the stupid timeout segments seen during NBA games? Those stupid segments where the camera goes out into the crowd sponsored by Hershey's kisses where they try and get couples to kiss? And they end up showing a couple giving a weak ass kiss? They need to be booed. Seriously. It's a stupid gimmick and during the 40 minute TV timeouts, something needs to be done to keep your interest.

Philly fans get a lot of hate but we are just involved, that's all. We get caught up in the whole experience and it makes the game even more enjoyable to be there. People will inevitably bring up booing Santa Claus or whatnot but the douchebag was drunk and deserved all he got. Destiny's Child performing in Philly wearing LA jerseys? Deserves a boo and looking at the ridiculousness of Beyonce's hair now, I say we were damn near psychic in our booing. Kobe? Don't even bring up Kobe. Another psychic booing that history has proven us right.

Today's Baltimore Sun says Heap is still "questionable" for the Buffalo game. Travis Taylor and Mike Flynn are supposed to return.

I think it's funny how Travis Taylor's stock has grown since he went out... our #1 WR... blah he's not much better than the rest in terms of having good "hands" or separation.

Why would anyone hire Slash? Worst QB ever, it was a happy day in Pittsburgh when we finally got rid of this bum. I mean George is still availabe and he is better then a lot of team's starting QBs.
