the patriots will be facing the meat of their schedule these next few weeks. Let's see what they can do.
Well, I guess that decides who's worst in the East now. 
Fucking Fins. Fuckin Fiedler. Every team we play should start with 7 points on the board b/c Fiedler's guaranteed to hand them one per game. Why? Why couldn't we win at least this one? This is weak, really fucking weak. At least the game wasn't that bad. We played better than we did all season, but it wasn't even enough to beat the Bills. The wheels are off the wagon. I think some heads need to roll after this season. It's not even halfway yet, but it's that bad already. 0-6...sigh.
As for Vick, we haven't gotten any Falcons games here yet, which is really wierd. So all I see of Vick is from highlights and commentators who are mostly badmouthing his play of late. I think sitting in the pocket is what killed Cunningham's career, b/c he was much better when he could move around. I have to catch the Falcons highlights tonight. PEACE.

damn man tough loss to the jets for us. we just became too timid in the 2nd half, had some odd plays (brandon lloyd ducking when a pass is thrown to him? hmmm...), and had some dumb calls (that reverse that got us out of FG range).
but, even though i tip my hat to the jets, they are most certainly NOT the real deal. we held pennington in check (all he could get were little dump downs to RB's), and played decently against the run (until the final 3 drives the jets had pretty much). all of this with a lot of "guys off the street" playing ball for us.
also, rattay (despite that fucking terrible "WTF!" interception) ripped the jets secondary to shreds. the only way the jets could stop Rat was A.) blitzing the house and hoping our receivers couldn't get off the bumps in time or B.) hoping the receivers dropped it. that's it. rat is realer than real deal holyfield, and i truly believe he would have driven us into FG range to win the game if he had just thrown the god damn ball away on that INT instead of trying to make something happen.
meh, oh well. congrats to jets. they will be in the playoffs because of their weak schedule, but they wont make much noise. just one mans opinion

I just wasnt buying the hype. Their schedule was just as easy as the jets up untill the last two games, which they lost. I think its pretty obvious who the best in the NFC is right now. After todays games Eagles have the #2 offense in the NFL at 27.4 ppg, the #1 defense at 12.6 ppg and have won every game by double digits. The next roster update in Espn Football should reflect that.

agreed, i think the eagles are the best team in the entire NFL actually. They could go 16-0, but if they don't win the nfc champ. game, the season will be a dissapointment.

guess they need all the help they can get. rofl. anyway, redskins brought out their C game and still held the chicago offense to 160 yards of total offense.
two straight weeks defense hasn't allowed a TD... however, special teams and offense sure likes to give them away.
if the redskins ever get the offense clicking, the NFC east race is over.

The Bears are garbage, and the Skins only won by 3. Portis is going to have to rush for 150+ every game if the Skins want to have a respectable season. Looking at their schedule, 7 wins would be a huge victory for this team (and that's very unlikely).

Big Ben is crazy good for a rookie. He had no one open, broke 2 strong tackles, got the first down, and then slid (got jumped on after sliding, should have got 15 more yards). Fuck, he just did something good again. Was about to get sacked and just flipped it away for 15 yards.
Eli is meant to be better in the Long run, but I don't see anyway he would be playing better than Roethlisberger is playing now.

You probably forgot since your team hasnt been in the playoffs for so long but you are required to win playoff games to make it to the nfc championship. If you think about it the only championship game we really choked away was against the Bucs. We barely lost to the Rams in st louis when people didnt expect us to be there to begin with, Bucs were picked to beat us in round 1. We played the panthers with our entire starting defensive line out, westbrook out, mcnabb with broken ribs and half of our backfield just coming off of injury. Not to mention it took a 4th and 26 miracle to even get there.
When haters say we are gonna choke in the nfc championship again, even then you are admiting you think we are one of top 2 teams in the NFC. The redskins wont even make the playoffs, let alone get a sniff of the championship game. All that being said, this eagle team is the best we have had in recent years by far.
