Not enough animewasamistake.gif, it's just baffling.
I also assume the Mononoke mentioned is this one:
Which is an excellent series, but it still makes the omission of Princess Mononoke (the famous, from Ghibli) a complete travesty.
For both, it's the yaoi fanbase + recency bias driving those numbers. Is Tiger and Bunny really that popular? I'm also surprised Psycho Pass is that high too, I enjoyed both of them but just surprised.
Is there a Tiger and Bunny manga or something? Because K-On died, based on this list anyway, and it's just as old.For both, it's the yaoi fanbase + recency bias driving those numbers.
Something is 33 places too low.

What do you mean? There's no yuri fanbase driving K-ON. It's all moetard otakus who're still sleeping with their Mio body pillows.
When I say "yaoi fanbase" I mean there's still literally a ton of Tiger and Bunny doujinshi being put out every year for what is effectively a "done" franchise because the series just resonates that much with fujos.
Gintama likely just missed top 10 with females. More surprising is the original Gundam ranking so high on the female list.I'm surprised the Gintama anime ranked higher with men than women, given other polls show that women really liking Gintama
I think K-On popularity was overblown. If you want your series to become mega popular and have staying power, it needs to have a broader appeal that is inclusive of a female audience. Not necessarily just fujoshi or male otaku. That's how series like Tiger and Bunny, Code Geass, Gintama, etc. can rank higher.I mean K-On was at one point the most popular thing ever, but then flamed out... so it's weird that K-On would die and T&B would thrive in fandom.
Although I guess there's also less yaoi-bait anime coming out than there is waifu anime, so male otaku have a lot more choices to move on to after they're "done" with a set of waifus while fujis just cling on to their hot husbandos for as long as possible.

Fujoshi have much better taste than male otaku as always. Tiger & Bunny >>>>>> whatever the fuck Love Live is supposed to be.
You know Love Live is popular with lasses too right?
I do, yes.
Your post makes no sense though.
Female top 10:
1. "Tiger & Bunny"
2. "Cardcaptor Sakura"
3. "Osomatsu-san"
4. "Joker Game"
5. "Love Live! The School Idol Movie"
I don't think you can use "has taste" with 5 layers of a shit sandwich. If you look closely, Tiger & Bunny is four places above Love Live on that list. That, and despite common belief, "fujoshi" isn't a synonym for "female otaku".
I don't think you can use "has taste" with 5 layers of a shit sandwich.
Have you watched Tiger & Bunny? It's no 1st place material, sure, but it's by no means a shit anime. And calling Cardcaptor Sakura "shit" is a crime against good taste.
I didn't say Cardcaptors was shit. The five layers thing wasn't in reference to the full top five. 3 of those top five are good, but not explicitly great. The other two are middling. None deserve to be in a top 5 or top 10 and that includes Cardcaptor.
at least one good thing came of this, looking at the rest of the list this is better placement than I could have hoped.*13 Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu
Yo, I'm not afraid to say it, Japan sucks. Especially that Male Viewer list.

Looking at the list again, I love how 91 ~ 100 would make a better top ten than the actual top ten.
Oops, my bad, I misunderstood.
