Since the Ducks blew it tonight, I believe it's possible for the Rangers to clinch the Presidents Trophy as early as Tuesday. I think beating the Devils, Jackets, and then Devils again would do it, no matter what anyone else does. Yay?

Meanwhile, the Rangers' magic number to clinch the top seed in the East is now 5 (MTL is no longer able to catch up in ROW). Unfortunately, the prize for taking the top seed may very well be Boston, perhaps the single most likely team to eliminate us out of all the possible first round opponents.
