The Caps crowd haaaaaaaates the Pens. Probably more than Pens fans hate the Caps.
Haven't seen Crosby out there much so far. Thankfully, Sullivan-Malkin-Neal are up to their usual tricks, and the third and fourth line aren't doing too shabbily either.

Caps look energized. This one's far from over, but I feel if the Pens keep getting zone pressure like they have this game, they could blow it open.
I really miss Letang's poise coming out of the zone watching this game. Especially on the PP. Paul Martin just doesn't look as comfortable as Letang leading the charge out there.

Yeah, we'll get on the board a few more times if this keeps up. Caps haven't generated a ton of offense but they've had some good chances and Fleury has been solid. Still a wide open game, I'd feel a lot better if we were coming out of the first with more than a one goal lead.

Caps are going after hits. I think they're going to experience a lot of growing pains trying to balance their physical play with generating scoring chances.

Yeah, although the Pens started returning the favor in the latter half of the period. Orpik and Engelland are going to rack'em up tonight methinks. Engo did a good job of standing up to Ovi the last time we met, I'm expecting more of the same.
