I think it's because their ROW is SO bad. Only the Islanders, Panthers, and Sabres have fewer ROWs in the East than the Caps.

I read somewhere that Lundqvist has 50 shutouts and around 300 wins in his career. That's 1 shutout for every 6 wins. Crazy.
Yeah it is. I hate him. :-(
