I got a quote from Sports Section regarding getting my blank Leafs 2016 jersey stitched as a Matthews jersey, and they said it'd be $60. That sounds better than what was talked about in this thread before, and although I don't really want to spend that kind of money to do it, I do really want to have a Matthews jersey without having to worry about one day buying another one.
They're currently putting Toews, 16 and the A patch on the Canada jersey I exchanged the other Matthews for. What I've seen of their work has been really impressive, though, and maybe I could get them both done this week and then pick them up at the same time.
Ideally, I'd get all four of my jerseys done: the 2015-2016 Leafs with Rielly and the white Canada with Seguin, but I can't justify spending another $120.

Habs still doing well overall despite that Jackets game, the last few games have been a rough patch, but they should be awake for the Bruins game tomorrow.

That is terrifying. The good news though is that his decline has occurred prior to his contract ending, so he's playing himself into another team-friendly contract.
But I still hate that we're stuck with a gutless, heartless, former-empty-net-specialist floater of a Captain. At bare minimum they'll have to strip him of the C eventually.

All I remember was the bad things people were saying.
His play declined hard between his 1st season in Montreal to his 4th, but he actually was a leader and never took a shift off. He was just old and falling apart and turning sucky. But he was still a decent Captain. Floater McFloatyPants is a joke. Gallagher, Weber, those are your guys with Captain material.
But bask is right - Habs wanted a company man Captain, someone who'd spout the usual cliches and never rock the boat, and boy oh boy did they get him.
