I can barely contain my excitement.

Hockey and GTAV both right around the corner. Such a nice reward after the whole weekend I'm gonna spend doing nothing but math and physics work. Want to go to sleep and wake up Tuesday plx.

@LucGelinasRDS:
Bob Sauvé l'agent de Simon Gagné dit à RDS qu'il a discuté avec plusieurs clubs dont le Canadien. Montréal donnera sa réponse rapidement.

Please god no.

Alfredsson now switching to number 24 because douchebag Cleary won't give it up. I can't stand this organization sometimes.

So can Brunner come back now so Alfie can change to another number?

a freelance writer from what i can tell but if so.. loooooool

Seriously, just shoot me now. That is the same person who was just reporting that Tatar didn't sound optimistic about being in Detroit long. Wonderful, just wonderful.

Please god no.

For those who don't know French, Bob Sauvé, Simon Gagné's agent has talked to several teams including the Canadiens. Montréal is expected to respond rapidly.

Gagne's production has dropped so much these last few years.

So the good news is Stepan is apparently agreeing to the concept of a bridge deal. The bad news is the two sides are far apart on the money.

C'mon, Step. You know how much cap space they have left.

Luc Gélinas RDS has announced that Bob Sauve, agent Simon Gagne has (obviously) talked with several teams including the Montreal Canadiens to find a job for his client. The 33 year-old Quebec is still a free agent. The latter hoped and believed re-signed with the Flyers this summer, but not. Here's what Simon Gagne told The Press yesterday:

"When I heard [Tuesday] that the Flyers had signed a contract with Dan Cleary, it was like a slap in the face. I'm disappointed. I knew that hockey was a business, but with all the positive discussions we had with the CEO Paul Holmgren, I can not believe I did not return with them. "

No Scott Laughton? I am hoping we get to see more of him this year.

They definitely want to get a good look at Ross this training camp.

I have yet to see this kid play though.

Oh he played really well during the prospect tourney imo. He contributed on the scoreboard and was being very physical, not surprised if he really impressed management.

Loving this lineup. Don't even need to pretend Havlat will be ready ever.

Lines today:

Jaskin Roy Stewart
Steen Backes Rattie
Sobotka Schwartz Oshie
Paajarvi Berglund Tarasenko

Testing the kids, but two Swedes and a Russian line supposedly looked great today.

Stop shitting on my team. Start shitting on my finger.
My new roommate just texted me "Do you have plans for tonight? Let's play some NHL 14 and Diablo 3."

I like my new place.
