I've only ever played Bioshock and Bioshock Infinite.
Perfect Dark (N64) and the Destiny beta. Couple of hours of Halo.
I get bored about 2 hours into the campaigns in most FPS games. Thankfully the campaigns are always short so I don't have to plod through a whole lot more.
Yeah I have played a few others after Halo 2 but I always quit after a couple hours. I think the last FPS I actually played at all was Killzone 2 though, have kinda just given up on the genre since then.
I should probably finish Bioshock just for the story but ugh.

I think I encountered too many pricks playing TeamFortress to play FPS online way back lol.

I've long burned on FPS for a few years now. I was playing Crysis 2 a while back on my PC and just stopped halfway because I just got bored. I tried playing the BF4 SP due to the free week, but damn it felt completely sterile to me. Only ones that were fun to me were the full mil-sims. Other than that I can't do the standard anymore.
Borderlands 2 did hook me though, mainly because of loot.

It took me a while to get through them, but I finally finished those three games. I just finished ACIV last night on PS4. I forgot how much I enjoyed the Assassin's Creed series. But I still don't give too big a shit about the naval battles.

I posted earlier about being burnt out on gaming, and ACIV brought me back to getting hyped for AC Unity and Rogue. I'm thinking about pre-ordering Rogue, but I might hold off in case they release it eventually for PS4.
I'm also thinking about getting Liberation HD on PS3. Played a bit of the Vita version, but the controls were a bit frustrating.

That thread also gave me an idea for an OT. Oh man.
Welp, Be A GM is the mode I put most of my time into since I love to manage my team and trade Cleary as the first thing I do. Now that they have it gimped there is no point in me even considering getting it on Day 1, maybe down the line when it's a little cheaper, or wait until NHL16 comes out to see if it isn't as gimped as this version.

It sounds like the roster management aspect of the mode is there but they chopped out some of the half-assed attempts at "depth" that they've included in the past. I imagine that whole system of earning points and then using them to level up your amateur scouting/medical staff/etc. is gone. It was shallow and poorly implemented (there are fucking typos in the upgrade descriptions for gods sake) and I imagine they wanted to overhaul the scouting system anyway. I wouldn't be surprised if scouting is completely absent at launch and you just use a predetermined scout ranking list whenever the draft rolls around.

I need to see exactly what they did to BAGM before I even consider buying NHL 15 at all, let alone for full price. I wanted an overhaul of that mode with bug fixes. Now they're removing shit? Some parts are broken/unimportant, but I feel like most aspects only needed a little TLC and not the axe...

It's weird that both last gen and current game mode spec sheets don't list Season Mode, Playoff Mode, or Shootout Mode. I can't imagine them taking those out of the last gen version as they probably didn't even need to touch them. I know there's no Winter Classic in the current gen as they've stated that a few months ago, but it is in the last gen, yet it's not listed either. Guessing they only bothered to list modes people actually play and spend their time in. I play Season Mode exclusively once the real season starts. I want full control of the rosters so I can make the real trades/signings as they happen.
SAO is great, if you remotely enjoyed the first arc of S1 you'll like it.

The past few seasons, yep. I was so OCD about roster control, that back in NHL 12, I burned the fucking bottom EA Sports ticker UI into my plasma cause I had the front end loaded for so long every night. I would set up every single teams line up for every single game played the night before and sim them, then actually play the Wings games. The worst was when players from the KHL or college would get signed, cause they weren't in the game and you can't create players during Season Mode so I would have to choose some scrub CHL'er to represent that player. So yes, I am crazy and have no life.
