The game still works really well for me.
One thing they shouldn't have done, probably, is make 8xAA part of the "high" preset. It's fantastic that the game supports real AA, and does so well, but like with many other games that supported a non-postprocessing AA option recently, the fact that it has become so rare means that people don't fully consider its performance impact.
Also, fuck yeah Weiss.
I don't see any need to program anything rather than just play, it's a great port.
I particularly have no idea what you are talking about with regard to AA, the game supports MSAA that is awesome and far too rare these days.
