Word that there aren't a lot of missions in Steel Diver has me worried about the game. Score wise I figure it might not be for everyone considering the type of game it is. The game still looks interesting but whether or not it's worth the full price is a factor now. I've been waiting for reviews that cover the content (how much of it there is) and this the first look at the game that addresses it to any degree. If this keeps up it might just be removed from the list.GameE said:So is this the official 3DS thread for now? I think I've seen a couple of others recently, but this one seems to be the most active.
Also first Steel Diver and Splinter Cell scores. Not the best, but not terrible at all.
The 3D pictures on the 3DS use the 3D screen like everything else, no cross-eye or parallel. The cameras are exactly the same as on the DSi, and I think it still has all the cheap gimmicks and stuff you can use to play around with the pictures. An Owl With Knees said:
Are the 3d pictures comparable to the cross-eyed/parallel viewings you can find online? Yeah, it's a novelty. However, I managed to continually return to the DSi camera and have bundles of fun with the cheap gimmicks available.
Can I expect similar from the 3DS in relation to 3D pictures?

Hold your horses now I figured it out, my old standby Irfanview opened it. I only see what looks like one widescreen image though, the first one is from SMB.Gravijah said:psh

supposed to be 3D photos, but I don't have 3DS yet and can't test the filesDreamwriter said:What exactly are these?
Yeah, but 3D photos of what? Games Nintendo showed? Mockups made by forum members? Something else?neo2046 said:supposed to be 3D photos, but I don't have 3DS yet and can't test the files
So are they actually in 3D? Do you think they're leaked 3D Classic screenshots? Or just Virtual Console?angelfly said:The mpo files worked fine on the 3DS. Just copied them to the images folder. The Pokemon one looks awesome. Not sure what the VB looking game is but it looks awesome as well.
Yeah, I'm pretty interested in the Pokemon one.EmCeeGramr said:Half of those are in the wrong resolution and aspect ratio. They've got to be mockups (though if someone can make them cross-eyed or whatever I'd appreciate it. It'd be neat to see how Sonic and Mario look).
It's a really fake mockup of the VB game "Red Alarm", showing 7 copies of the player's ship for some reason (something that never happens during the game).angelfly said:The mpo files worked fine on the 3DS. Original resolution with black borders or scaled up (with only borders on the sides at the top). Your choice.Lovely Salsa said:Hold on
