Pretty sure it's been confirmed that they still work because there is no sort of region set on DS games that would allow them to block them.

DSi enchanced games won't work. Like Pokemon Black and White.

Regular games will work on the 3DS.

Yes, but now that the 3DS is here, you have to worry about someone ejaculating onto that thing just as someone tries to dodge it, but ultimately fails and flings some semen into your eyes.

They could always put in a list of existing DS title IDs to block out of sheer maliciousness. But I don't think they have.

So I've been browsing through the 3DS manual. It seems like there's some button combos that do stuff.

When you're playing 3DS games both (L+R+Y) and (L+R+X) do something.

When playing DS/DSi games Start+D-pad direction (each direction does something different) does something.

Could someone please translate and tell us what the button combos do?

Not sure about the others, but it looks like L+R+Y re-sets "center" for the Slide Pad/Circle Pad. L+R+X does something similar with the Touch Screen, but I'm not sure exactly what.

It has been answered many times. I didn't see frame rate drop with 3D on. Maybe there is a smal one but it isn't visible with eyes.

I don't think the question was ever about the 2D vs 3D framerate, just whether the game ran at 60fps period.

Doesn't bother me either way, just no one has brought up which likens me to think that I missed the confirmation.
