You have terms of use agreement, this goes beyond what you agreeRemember folks, you don't own your consoles anymore
i'm pretty sure you can still play offlineRemember folks, you don't own your consoles anymore
The fact he felt the need to specify tells me it's a lie just like most people who talk about emulation."PERFECTLY LEGAL DUMPS"suuurrreeee

Does the console still work or just banned from online services is the question

yeah just like every single steam deck user who keep saying eMuLaTiOn. i asked one if they bought the switch game they were emulating and got ghostedIf I remember correctly each cart has a unique identifier so if that identifier pops up multiple times it shouldn't be possible which is a clear sign of piracy if you go online with it. If you buy a game new and dump that then it shouldn't be an issue.

Not unless nintendo decides to brick your console, which they "reserved themselves the right to"i'm pretty sure you can still play offline
Terms that essentially say you don't own your consoleYou have terms of use agreement, this goes beyond what you agree

A cartridge that will go in the Switch slot and hold a game ROM.Fuck is mig?
Anymore? Completely normal since the Xbox 360 days to get banned from online for piracy related stuff.Remember folks, you don't own your consoles anymore
As far as I am aware, you can't actually use the mig switch to play Switch 2 games, it's just Switch games. And the Switch 2 isn't really hacked, the mig switch is basically a Switch cart (or hardware emulating a switch cart).Crazy that it's already cracked like this.

Eh, that's not what I read. Even when you buy a DVD, you agree you shouldn't copy it.Terms that essentially say you don't own your console
So piracy then? Nothing to see here and they're well within their rights to do that. He's lucky that he's online banned online and not the whole consoleA cartridge that will go in the Switch slot and hold a game ROM.
yeah, but I doubt anyone who hates Nintendo will buy the game to emulate it. and hating Nintendo seems to be a requirement when buying a Steam Deck lmaoEh.....not "every single". I rip images from media I own and play them on emulators. But those are all PSP, PS2 and PS3 games.
Fuck is MiG?

Brother, read nintendo user agreement termsbrother READ THE MESSAGE in the OP

Yes it is 100% piracy. So piracy then? Nothing to see here and they're well within their rights to do that. He's lucky that he's online banned online and not the whole console
Yes it is 100% piracy.
I wonder how much $$ worth of software is in that pic![]()
These were dumped legit, which apparently is an important distinction because games dumped on the internet get flagged by Nintendo, so it was the MIG cart itself not the dump.
Brother, read nintendo user agreement terms
You don't own your console, regardless if you think the reasons for bricking the console you purchased are 'fair'.
There's a big difference between random terms the company puts forth and enforceable terms. Nintendo didn't just say you don't own your console, it is completely possible to brick a console remotely, unlike a DVD.Eh, that's not what I read. Even when you buy a DVD, you agree you shouldn't copy it.

Wow, you proved you don't own any of the consoles you buy, just like all my comments stated![]()
