Maybe we'll get Super Mario RPG on n3DS in the next year. And Mother 3 on Wii U VC. And Super Scope games on n3DS with stylus replacing shooting. And Nintendo NX will be $200. And DQVIII will come out after DQVII tumbles.
:(
And DQXI will come out after DQVIII craters.

I need to eat a tub of ice cream now.

Edit:
And Shantae's still available for whoever wants her!

Hmm I'm only 40 gold coins away from New Super Luigi, and I have this month to do it. Maybe I'll use MyNintendo Birthday awards and get Yoshi WW. That should get me enough.

... or maybe Axiom Verge releases this month.

I wonder if I didn't get a birthday coupon b/c I already have most of those games. Or maybe it's just a new thing in July.

Tomorrow's VC titles:

- Legend of the Mystical Ninja (SNES, New 3DS)
- Flying Dragon: The Secret Scroll (NES, Wii U)
- Baseball Simulator 1000 (NES, Wii U)

For some reason, they only appear if I go into Incognito. Guessing it's something with the cookies on the site. But they're on "All Games".

The two games releasing tomorrow were both published by Culture Brain, a small Japanese publisher which released a few of its titles in NA in the NES and SNES era and then went Japan only.

Looks like they have four other NES titles and three SNES titles that could potentially go on the eShop in NA.

Ha, I've actually been waiting for the Culture Brain games to hit the NA VC since Europe got them about 73 years ago. I played them a bunch back in the day and I want to revisit them. I suspect I'll get a bit more playability out of the latter NES releases though.

Finally got to try Axiom Verge for the first time on a friend's PS4 recently and absolutely loved what I played of it so far, Wii U version will be day one for me.

Mystical Ninja is great but I already have it on Wii U VC. Still no sign of Gradius III for both Wii U and 3DS which really bums me out.

Virtual Console on Wii U

- Baseball Simulator 1000 – Originally released for the NES, this fun baseball game lets you play a full-length season with six teams in a race for the pennant. You can even auto-simulate the game and edit your team’s players. And if you’re tired of the traditional baseball dynamics, use Ultra Plays to make your pitches disappear, make your hits explode or knock down opposing fielders.
- Flying Dragon: The Secret Scroll – Set off on a journey to complete the mystical Mandara Seal and activate its magical powers in this NES action game. Face tough challengers and use six different types of fighting techniques to your advantage. Work your way to the World Tournament and defend the world from the legions of darkness.

- Legend of the Mystical Ninja – In this Super NES classic, take control of Kid Ying and Dr. Yang in an action-adventure through feudal Japan. Europe never got Baseball Simulator 1000 though. Hopefully that means there's still a chance for Magic of Scheherazade.

I hope there are some good sales in those sales this week. I've been bored with all the 3P sales lately, nothing much of excitement for me has been on sale. I need some retail therapy.

Looks like Nintendo or somebody are going to start selling animes on 3DS.
https://miiverse.nintendo.net/posts/AYMHAAADAAADV0aEm07Zqw

I wouldn't say no to the option of buying more Anime movies like Layton. Would be great if they were crossbuy though. :/

Anyways, am on a lazy week off from work, gimme the goods this week Nintendo!
Granted, I'm still occupied with Tokyo Mirage Sessions, so no biggie if it's another quiet week.

Virtual Console wise, Europe is getting Mega Man 7 and Mega Man X as New Nintendo 3DS downloadables.

A demo for Zero? Bit late, would've helped alleviate some of the control scheme concerns if the demo had released before the game.

Then again, I guess that didn't help in Wonderful 101's case. :(

Holy moly at that sales... 1€ for Steatlh Inc and The Swapper! The only one I don't have is Olli Olli, is it cross buy? And is it true that is an "analog stick destroyer" kind of game like Mario Party 1 was?

I think people are misreading that post...

He's not saying they're going to sell anime, just that they will start having a channel which basically consists of trailers for videos already available for purchase (like the Pikmin shorts).

Of course, that doesn't mean anime episodes won't be offered down the line, but since selling that stuff implies following strict legislation in some EU countries, I doubt it'll come any time soon.

OlliOlli is if you buy the U version. You do tricks by doing quarter, half and three-quarter circle motions. Definitely not MP1 level fuckery.

I think they're might be going to sell the Kid Icarus episodes. The description doesn't fit either, for what it's worth.
trailers of movies or tv series

Yay more SNES VC!
Seems now is the time to finally buy the Mega Man Legacy Collection.
8 Mega Man games and Monster Hunter, Capcom overload for me this week.
I can't pass up Olli Olli for 80p either.

Yes, OlliOlli is cross-buy. Haven't found it to be an analog-stick killer, no.

Also, anyone who likes good games and doesn't buy all of those Curve games that are on sale for 1€ is a crazy person.

They are a MUST at that price.

I'm getting Olli Olli for sure, even if I'm not very much much into score attack games for 1€ it's a steal. It would have been an even sweeter deal if it originally costed 10€, it's really annoying not to get 5 gold coins because of 1 cent :/
