In order for Charla to break free, she needs to find the blue key and escape from her dream via the exit, a simple blue door. Mr. Spook can prevent her from escaping by scaring her enough until her sanity drops to zero. This is done either via direct approach or the usage of one of his many tricks, like creating traps, slowing down doors, draining electricity from rooms and more. Charla can defend herself with her flashlight, as Mr. Spook is allergic to illumination. This game also contains Bonus levels for singleplayer usage, where Charla slowly finds out the reason why she keeps having those nightmares. More levels for both VS Mode and Singleplayer are planned to be released for free in the near future.

Oh damn, didn't realise Kirby was so close. Triple Deluxe is one of the best Kirby games ever made, so I have high hopes for this.

Any word on if that Kirby theme will be included with retail copies? That was a nice surprise to find with HW Legends, & it's part of my theme rotation.

I'm sure the Monday PR will seem to be lacking, as if something is missing and is a surprise. I still believe.

?

You're talking about North America, I assume, because in PAL land that never happens.

I'm with Robin on this... being E3 week I'm expecting a pretty barebones PR on Monday and
Mother 3 + Terranigma
on Thursday megatonstyle :)

You'll get Mother 3 and you know you'll never see Terranigma on VC but we've been over that before :D

Did anyone try B3 game Expo for Bees? I'm curious about it, it looks fun, but I'd like at least one review or impressions from a Neogafer before buying it :)

I was intrigued by the game also, but based on this review it sounds like a very competent game engine with an exceedingly short campaign:

The problem with B3 Game Expo For Bees is that “game” is sort of a hard term to use for this. It’s more of a tech demo. Right when everything starts to click and you start enjoying yourself, the game abruptly ends. B3 Game Expo For Bees can easily be finished in under an hour, and maybe even under 30 minutes on a second playthrough. Aside from scanning everything in the game, there isn’t much point in revisiting the game, as you see everything the game has to offer in your one playthrough.

(ah, turned out to be a blocked site, google B3 review and you'll see it)

That sale list reminds me we STILL don't have the Boxboy sequel.

Really hope US & EU get some kind of sale as well. I'm sure it won't be anywhere near as expansive or discounted, but it'd be nice to see some kind of sale.

- NES Remix 2
- Super Mario 64
- 3D Classics Kirby's Adventure
- Fast Racing NEO

That's about what I want and don't have yet. So about just under €25.

Well I want to play Little Inferno, but I don't know about that game. I've heard good things, but also heard it has zero replay value.

Yeah, it's mostly narrative driven.

Yep, Little Inferno has little replay value once you 100% it, but the very 1st time will take you like 5+ hours. I bought it at launch and didn't regret it. I actually went back and replayed it a few times. It's one of those funny games to play.

What a shitty sale for me. I think I have everything.

I'll buy a NISA title of that had a price reduction recently instead.

Yeah, I hope NoA gets a different sale since I already own all of that, and don't care for the stuff I don't own.

Japan got discounts on RETAIL 3DS/Wii U while NOE didn't at all. NOE is generally better than NOA in sales, so I've no hopes and dreams of anything.

My bet is Metroid Fusion, Wario Land 4.

If you're in need of one, check out the BST thread, they have great discounts on them these days.

Well, I would, but I don't have a credit card for Paypal, so I think I'm stuck with buying eshop cards for cash. I do tend to buy a lot of games on sale, though.

It's not easy to recommend. I personally think 5 EUR is a very fair price for what the game offers, I think that's about what I spent on it on Steam. But there are games (in this very sale even) that will entertain you for a longer duration of time, and yes, the replay value is not exactly through the roof with this game.
I think, as some other poster said, if you enjoy the game for what it is, it's not unlikely that you will go back to it some time.
The first time you pick up on the under tones and the endgame in this awesome toy burning simulator, can potentially be really fun and an unique experience. It was worth it for me, but it depends on how much you value creativity and clever satire in your entertainment over duration or challenge.

If you aren't fuzzy over 5 EUR, I'd encourage you to pick it up. If you are just amassing more back log though, might as well save the money for now.

Ah, do you have any other payment method? I could help facilitate potentially. :)

I've bought eBay cards before so I can buy stuff on there. I have Amazon gift card money, but it won't let me send a gift card on there without using a credit card.

I've bought eShop cards on sale at Best Buy before, but usually I just get them at 7-11 with my allowance. :)

I'm just waiting for NoA to disappoint me because I know they will

and they probably aren't going to put up SMRPG this week either

I have almost everything that is on sale... except the NES Remix games! Which is better? 1 or 2? Does Nes remix 2 include the levels from NES remix 1?

Seeing that is going to be a Zelda E3 I hoped for a Majora's Sale... or something more recent like Stretchmo or Box Boy!

One last question: Can you play Metroid Prime Trilogy with classic controller on the TV? Or is it only Wiimote? (be it TV or Gamepad)

Thanks!

Many debates over the years about which is better, NES Remix 1 or 2.

2 has the better selection of games, but the tasks it asks you to do boil down to "Play this bit of the game". 1's games are older, arcadier, and so have more inventive tasks.

They each have entirely seperate games, though.

If you get both, you also unlock Championship Mode, where you play a small selection of games like the Nintendo World Championship and compete for an online high score.

Gives all the fucks
I would say 2 probably had the better selection & cooler "remixes" like Kirby & Samus in Super Mario Bros.

.......or you could get Ultimate NES Remix & get most of the best games from each one, i.e. no damn sports games or Pinball & Urban Champion.

NES Remix 2 also had "Super Luigi Bros." where you'd play SMB but mirrored, meaning all the stages were right to left.
